Called about an important change to my Rx. Got put on hold and kept there for about 10 minutes. Every once in a while someone would pick up then just immediately put me back on hold. All-in-all I was on hold for about 45 minutes with no answer. I am transferring my Rx's ASAP! Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

The staff members are so friendly, patient and helpful. One of my favorite Walgreens stores. The restroom looked a bit old but clean in general.There are good deals; run!

For whatever reason I have had problems the last three times with getting prescriptions filled. Luckily, the pharmacy tech Mazin has helped me each time to get things straightened out. He is very professional, helpful, and quick to get issues resolved. I really appreciate the extra effort he makes toward excellent customer service! Thanks!

This pharmacy has really gone downhill. My 3 year olds doctor sent in a prescription for them to fill around lunch time. My husband goes to pick it up around 5pm and they said they didn’t fill it bc there’s no insurance on file. They could have called and simply asked me or my husband about our insurance which they already have on file there with our daughters name on it, but instead they wanted to waste our time. Now we’ll probably have to wait another 5 hours for them to fill the prescription she needs for a severe ear infection.

Pharmacy rude- Stood there awhile about 5 mins before being greeted. Had a scheduled COVID test and was told they closing for lunch. I shouldn't have been able to book my time of your closed. Will never return for anything. Do better, if it wasn't for customers, you wouldn't be employed.

Pharmacist has one of the nastiest attitudes. They fail to realize that you are dealing with patients on a day to day basis. If you’re going to catch an attitude make sure you have done everything you can for the patients! Especially mental health patients that need their medications!

Rude, had prescribed meds for three days took me calling and complaining to actually get a time to pick up. Got there at the time they specified still not ready, then attempted to say they didn’t have it all when one the phone had already been told they do have it. Messy, rude, late, unorganized, and unprofessional.

This location cannot communicate or fill prescriptions until you call them an complain then suddenly the medication is on the shelf. I've been a customer for years...done with this company and their irresponsible management of patient care.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at any pharmacy. Went to just simply get a prescription filled and my insurance which covers it and just covered my doctor's visit wasn't working for them so they argued with me saying it wasn't active and I told them it just covered my doctor's visit and they said it just doesn't work that way. The guy at the counter also checked it and said it was good when I dropped of my prescription and he told me it would be ready in 30 minutes so left went about my business mouth hurting came back an hour and a half later and it wasn't ready so sat waited another 15 minutes groaning from the pain in the chair right there next to there counter just so they could tell me my insurance wasn't working for them asked for my prescription back and went to Walmart. They had it ready in 15 minutes and my insurance covered it. Come on walgreens I've used yall for majority any prescription I needed filled and this was the worst experience. You have people back there in charge who just want to tell you why your wrong like if you don't like your job just quit man yall are absolutely ridiculous and yall are the reason I will never ever step foot in another walgreens ever again.

Wonderful experience today with the pharmacist, Azia and the pharmacy tech at the window. I think his name was Manzie. Compassionate and professional service when helping me fill my young son’s prescription. I called around town and was so grateful Walgreens pharmacy had his prescription in stock. Thank you thank you thank you!

Worst shot of my life. I am very bad with needles, but I needed my Covid booster so I went there with an appointment. I had to wait almost 30 minutes after my appointed time (only becoming more anxious). It took half of that time to even get the paperwork filled out, where I marked my latex allergy that they then confirmed at the counter. I go to get my shot, and the placement plus however the doctor administered the shot was the most painful I had ever received. I get queasy just thinking about it. It pinched and burned going in and the pain remained after it was out, but it’s over. I take ibuprofen and go home. Later that evening, I go to take off the bandaid and am greeted by an angry red outline that would stay with me until the next morning. Latex. An sensitivity which they knew and confirmed at the counter. When I woke up the next morning, I felt just awful from a reaction to the booster itself which is no fault of Walgreens, however the pain at the injection sight was so severe that I could not lift my arm more than 45 degrees even though I had moved it the day before. This pain and restriction of movement hadn’t happened with my previous Covid shots, the only uncommon thread being the location I received it. Even Walmart shots were better. I will not be going to Walgreens for a vaccination again.

Always had a worst experience here at the pharmacy. My prescription is never ready on time. I am definitely gonna change my pharmacy. This is the worst pharmacy i have seen.

I’ve been going here for 15 years, they still do not know me. They rarely greet me. The pharmacy tech never smiles. He was cold and rude to me the other day. Even though this has been “my Walgreen’s,” I’ll be going to CVS from now on. So disappointing.

extremely rude service at pharmacy drive up window. the old man who was speaking to me through the speaker did not care at all and was terrible. The person I spoke to inside about my experience as well didn’t seem to care much either. This Walgreens is terrible save yourself time and go somewhere else. I understand there’s lunch break, but I was told to come back around and then you just slap a sign in the window blocking my face and hang up on the speaker while I’m talking… no reason to have handled it that way. If I could give no stars I would.
