The establishment looks big and relatively new. The interior was bright and clean. The products were managed well on the shelves and easy to locate. The cashier was courteous and helpful but just no smile all the way.

This is a pharmacy that actually cares about people. They always make an effort to fill my RX quickly and answer any questions I might have. The techs have a really positive attitude and always go above and beyond!

Don't bother going here unless you have a lot of extra time. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment. Fifteen minutes past the appointment and they are still "getting it ready". There is only a handful of people in the store and at least three working in the pharmacy. They just aren't in a hurry. If you have the time, the place is clean

I just wanna give a shout-out to the pharmacy girl who attended me and decided to embarrass me around other customers. Saying something that's personal out load is the worst customer service thing to do. I hope you read this and learn from your mistakes and do not assume things because it was your mistake not mine. Act more mature. The tall guy was cool though, but yeah you know who you are.

The pharmacy staff at this location was an absolute blessing! My little one needed antibiotics, and this was the only store within 30 miles that ACTUALLY had it. I called 5 different pharmacies, all of them were backordered, and wouldn’t receive another shipment for at least 5 days!! I called the store, brought over my prescription and within an hour it was ready. Best customer service I’ve ever received at a pharmacy. Thank you all so much!!

Great store atmosphere. I always get what I need and if I have issues I just talk to Store Manager Shawn Todd, he’s so knowledgeable and provides exquisite options. Thanks Walgreens!

Super duper slow pharmacy! Average car wait time in the drive thru line is 20+ minutes. No clue if it’s lack of staffing or what but it’s definitely not normal.

Not normally one to put in a negative review, but honestly their customer service here is awful. I came in clearly confused trying to find something specific, and neither employee I was close to bothered to ask if they could help me find something and were also avoiding eye contact at all costs when it was clear as day I was struggling to find it. When I finally realized where the product was the same two employees were on the floor stocking things in the same aisle on either side making it impossible to get past them on either side of the aisle. I politely said “excuse me” and the female employee looked at me with a blank stare and still didn’t move or push her cart out of the way, just continued on about her day as if I was invisible. definitely not coming back to this location.

After years with Walgreens, we will be switching to CVS. The main reason - it has taken too much of my life waiting their lines! If there is more than 1 car in the drive up, we know it will take 5-15 minutes before I am serviced so we go inside. There is always a line inside too. They have inadequate help or bad workflow, as I've not had this experience at other pharmacies at all (or only periodically, not every time). The straw that broke the camels back though was when I had just one car ahead of me in the drive-up lane last week. I waited for 25 minutes in my car behind this person!!!! I finally bit the bullet and went into the store and stood in line for another 10 minutes. When I finally picked up my RX (took 2 minutes for that), I told them that I was waiting for 25 minutes behind the car that was still clearly being helped. They snapped at me and said "he's taking a COVID test!". I said that they shouldn't get to hold up the whole line for it, why don't you just text them the results!? No response, just glares. And if they can't do that, from a process standpoint, they should somehow let the people queued up behind them know that they are taking a test and it could be a while. That way, they at least know to come inside. Have a sign that says "Testing in Progress". You wasted 45 minutes of my day for something that should have taken 5 minutes and then you were insulting to me when I nicely brought it up! So, poor customer service, poor response times and poor queuing processes have lost them one more customer.

Pharmacy changed a lot of the staff a few months ago and the new people are awful.There are "insurance" issues every time I get my refills sent in. If I don't call then my meds stay in limbo but when I call? They are filled immediately. The line outside takes even longer now. The other day i sat in front of the window with the speaker system just feeding back for a good 15 mins as the pharm techs or whatever just kept trying the speaker then walking away. I finally had to go inside and it's not like someone signaled me to do so either. There wasn't even an issue with the intercom because the pharmacist walked over and turned it off while I was waiting inside.Today when I called to check on the "insurance" issue, I was told my medication would not be able to be filled until the 12th due to regulations around scheduled medications. I asked why as my Dr just sent in my monthly refill and was told that I was trying to fill it too soon. I told them that there must be a mistake given it was my scheduled refill and she told me "no, it shows I picked up your last refill on the 12th of this month".... Later I got a text message saying said meds were available for pick up...I gave it a few months of leeway before leaving a bad review but this been long enough and I'm tired of having issues. Get it together. People depend on their meds.
