They'll put you on hold for 20 minutes and hang up or just leave you there. It's ridiculous, use CVS walgreens is trash.

Good evening Walgreen's,
Thank you so much Barry for answering the phone when I left East Texas, heading to Allen for Mother's Day.
Where I live doesn't do the printing of the pictures and you said that you would help me, when I got to Allen.
I was in a rush after driving in torrential rain and Barry was waiting for me when I got here.
Then I told him since it would take a few minutes, then I would come back.. I got two cards and went out because I was frazzled and realized I didn't pay for the cards..
I came back in and was like don't call the police, and they all laughed..
I paid for my cards with a really nice person name Cameron..
Then I get to my destination and I couldn't find my keys..
I knew my keys were somewhere in the car because the car started.
I called up here and they all looked for them and couldn't find them.
I finally found them and then I came back with flowers for everyone..
So, I would like to thank the Allen Walgreen's for being so spectacular today, when I needed something nice on Mother's Day since I lost my daughter thirteen years ago..
Thank you Barry, Cameron,Nicole, Danny, Makayla and Elle for making my Mother's Day so awesome.

If you try to have something filled at the pharmacy, they either don't have it, they don't have enough people to count pills because they're too busy doing vaccines and shots as the pharmacist put it, or they cannot transfer it to another Walgreens. Never under any circumstance have anything filled here.. Wait a minute, you're probably not going to get it anyway

One time I waiting in the drive-thru for 45min (which I expected) after getting a text message that my prescription was ready. Once I got to the window I was told that the staff had LOST my medication and that because they were so busy right now that they didn’t have time to find it and that I would need to come back another day to get it. A complete waste of time and incredibly unprofessional. The staff usually is kind enough but it is so painstakingly slow to get just one prescription even after being told it was ready.

The same prescription. The cash price here is exactly 4 times more than in the Walmart super center ‘s pharmacy! Omg , didn’t realize this ! Have to ask the price first. And they did not even ask for the insurance information. So first time spend $105 , this time paid $10. I don’t know if I should credit to Walmart or I should blame this Walgreens. But after I looked at the reviews posted here. I think I do need to refer reviews.people’s eyes are bright!

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes and still not get your medications for one mishaps or another. Switching pharmacies as this has happened since I started going here for convenience.

This pharmacy is terrible. Terrible service, they mess up your prescriptions, they do things without even telling you whats going on. Go to Kroger or cvs, avoid Walgreens at all cost.

I went to go pickup my prescription and Andy - the pharmacist who worked there "helped" me and was completely the opposite of helpful in fact he was very rude and disrespectful. I was confused about my insurance and was trying to ask a question and he told me verbatim "look i'm really tired and stressed and it's my lunch hour" when I had been waiting there since 1:15pm however he proceeded to help the customer inside before me in the drive through line even though I had been there way before the customer inside. I asked to speak to his manager and he said he was the manager - this is sad that he's the manager and clearly needs training in customer service! Long story short - DO NOT use this Walgreens!

I just pickup three different prescription. They were unorganized. The main guy so not care. I used to pick up cvs on Custer. They explained. The Asian boss dude was so disconnected. Didn't explain. Just wanted to drive off. So now I'll be reading details. CVS shut down I'm miss talk.
