After years with Walgreens, we will be switching to CVS. The main reason - it has taken too much of my life waiting their lines! If there is more than 1 car in the drive up, we know it will take 5-15 minutes before I am serviced so we go inside. There is always a line inside too. They have inadequate help or bad workflow, as I've not had this experience at other pharmacies at all (or only periodically, not every time).The straw that broke the camels back though was when I had just one car ahead of me in the drive-up lane last week. I waited for 25 minutes in my car behind this person!!!! I finally bit the bullet and went into the store and stood in line for another 10 minutes. When I finally picked up my RX (took 2 minutes for that), I told them that I was waiting for 25 minutes behind the car that was still clearly being helped. They snapped at me and said "he's taking a COVID test!". I said that they shouldn't get to hold up the whole line for it, why don't you just text them the results!? No response, just glares. And if they can't do that, from a process standpoint, they should somehow let the people queued up behind them know that they are taking a test and it could be a while. That way, they at least know to come inside. Have a sign that says "Testing in Progress". You wasted 45 minutes of my day for something that should have taken 5 minutes and then you were insulting to me when I nicely brought it up! So, poor customer service, poor response times and poor queuing processes have lost them one more customer.

the staff was amazing! we came to take passport photos and the guy completely dropped everything to help us, the guy checking us out was so sweet and one of the ladies went through the inventory to find us the last propane tank they had when we didn't even know they had propane & we're going to go somewhere else! this made our day because customer service has went downhill since covid

The Pharmacy and it's staff are wonderful but the management has totally ruined the store portion when they remodeled the store. It's to bad because I really like the staff that checks me out in both parts of the store and the Pharmacist and their staff but adding the clinic has ruined the store. They have apparently reduced their inventory and I can't find many of the items like shampoo I used to purchase here. I also don't like going somewhere that shares an entrance with sick people where I have to expose myself every week to sick people. I also have a problem with the remote filling of my prescriptions especially when I haven't ordered them and tell them over and over not to fill them. It is very irritating!

Have your prescriptions filled anywhere else but here!!!!!!!!! Horrible, horrible service! I sat in the drive thru prescription line for 30+ minutes without anyone coming to the window

Pharmacy refilled the wrong script and it caused issues with the insurance wanting refill the correct script without coverage. Couldnt afford it so back and forth went all day trying to figure out what happened. Was it doctors? No it was this location at walgreens. They refilled a script that was 2 months old.. not the one that came in 2 days after it was submitted by my doctor. They didnt claim responsibility and i had to figure it out.. i missed 2 doses and felt like absolute garbage because of the incompetence.

There were two employees (one associate and one pharmacist?) at the pharmacy when I went there for my booster shot and both of them were rude. They were both in a bad mood like their store manager or some higher up berated them at the start of the day. There was no basic greeting of "hi, how are you? and "thank you, have a good day" during and after my business.

The Stacy Rd Walgreens is the most unmanaged store I have been to with the only exception of Dillards on Stacy Rd. Maybe it's a Stacy Rd thing but the workers seem lazy and not very helpful.

Pharmacist was friendly but vaccine wait time and service overall was incredibly slow. Not worth coming here to get a vaccine.
