Although I was not expecting much customer service from this location since it is an outlet, I did expect at least getting help when I did ask for it. Walking in I did notice that they were all busy folding shirts on the tables, but as I was searching for a specific shirt that I had seen previously in the main store at Dallas, I was hoping to maybe consider in a different color if it was available. As I went up to two individuals, they were talking about what plans they had going on in the weekend, and I waited for them to finish their sentence, but it seemed as if the conversation kept going I decided to go to the counter to attempt to ask if she was available to help me search for a shirt. She said I don’t know there’s so many shirts in the wall and proceeded to just look at her phone.
I then went to the wall and started searching each stack of shirts to find a similar shirt that I was looking for. I neatly search for it and put all the stacks back so that I was not missing up the display although I was looking for a while it seemed as if no one came up to me to ask if I needed help.
I finally found the shirt that I was attempting to look for that was similar and went up to the counter to the girl still on her phone. She she “omg you actually found it”
I quickly paid and got myself out of there .

I am utterly appalled by the unacceptable treatment I received from the manager at this store. As a loyal customer, I was shocked and disappointed by their refusal to honor a well-established policy, specifically the 15% discount for teachers who return their school IDs at the end of the year. The ID is a vital tool for accessing the premises, and it's only reasonable to expect some sort of recognition or reward for the dedication and hard work of educators.
After verifying my ID online, I presented it to the manager, only to be met with indifference and a flat-out refusal to apply the discount. As a long-time customer, I've always been treated with respect and courtesy at this store. This experience has left me questioning whether it's worth continuing to shop here.
The manager's decision to deny me this simple courtesy has not only undermined my trust in the store but also made me feel disrespected as an educator. It's unacceptable that a business would disregard its loyal customers, especially those who dedicate their lives to shaping the next generation.
I implore the management to review their policies and retrain their staff on providing excellent customer service, particularly for loyal customers like myself who have consistently supported their business over the years.

Very pleasant experience at Vineyard Vines! Customer service was outstanding, and they made sure I walked out with exactly what I was looking for. Love their whale tee's, and love the fact they have one for every season! Great quality of clothing as well.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vineyard Vines today and I must say, the staff there is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my shopping experience was top-notch. The Manager on shift was very lovely and she was very knowledgable in her recommendations. I would definitely recommend this outlet store for any summer shopping needs.

My recent visit to vineyard vines Allen outlet was marred by extremely unprofessional behavior from the manager name KIM. Despite presenting valid student IDs for a discount, the manager rudely refused to accept them and proceeded to gossip about us in front of other customers and employees. This behavior was both disrespectful and unwarranted, leaving a deeply negative impression of their customer service. I would caution others considering visiting this establishment to be aware of the disrespectful treatment they might encounter."

11/28- Evening shift staff and manager seemed irritated that they had to offer me 60% off on two items because they put the wrong sign up (instead of 50%.) manager did not bother to look nor acknowledge me, making unpleasant facial expression while working on discount, employee did not bother to retrieve my signed receipt of my exchange i purchased this morning when i tried to hand her, no walking around handing the bag nor thank you. I honestly wanted to return my entire purchase which i spent $300, receiving this kind of unnecessary/unpleasant service. On the other hand, morning staff were very pleasant and very willing to help.
