A few weeks ago, I visited this clinic and was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Bosworth was incredibly kind, and Alex provided exceptional care for my kitten. She gave me fantastic advice on how to care for him afterward, and I felt confident leaving with the knowledge I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for compassionate and expert veterinary care!

Alex was very friendly to me and my pet and she listened and understood my concerns.
She was able to help me with a plan that was best suited for me financially and offered first class care for my little boy.

The care was great. No complaints. That being said, I just brought my two dogs in for a wellness check and heart worm update and walked out with a $700+ bill. Apparently Petco decided that we were getting too much out of the vital care membership they forced us into. Now instead of covering the vet fee, they charge $80/pet and only cover $30/pet. So we paid an extra $100 that we weren't prepared for. Super disappointed. Really considering canceling our membership

This was the best vet experience me and my dog have had. My dog has extreme separation and vet anxiety, so I was worried about bringing him in for a rash I found on his skin. However, Vetco was able to help us out with both issues. They gave my dog an allergy shot and were able to prescribe him anxiety medication for future vet visits. I was very pleased with the price of everything. When my dog is hurt or sick, I usually take him to a 24 hour emergency vet which is always incredibly expensive. If your pet has an any issues health-wise, please bring them to this vet. They are incredibly friendly, and I plan to make them my dog’s regular vet. My dog (and my wallet) say thank you!

We’ve taken our dogs here several times and each time we’ve met the nicest people. The vets love on our pups and are super helpful. No complaints. No wait times.

At this Thrive location, they failed miserably in first impressions. What they did show, would not be able to build the rapport/strong relationship I would need as a client. I was able to deduce this through my first visit to this location. Yes, I was 8 minutes late, but I had a difficult time locating the Thrive since I am new to the area. I walked in passing the assistant who was standing at the front by the cashier talking. Then after finishing her conversation, she went to the bathroom prior to coming to greet us. So her personal time ate into our time slot also. I'm assuming they give a thirty minute time slot for each appointment since I was told I needed to reschedule because 15 minutes would not be enough time in slot given for the vet to look in my dog's ear to see if he had an ear infection. The 15 mintes was all the Vet could give because he had to go to a training afterward. So...obviously of I had been on time, the appointment would have been rushed. I would not be able to ask any questions, get instruction, or feel welcome. I would have been on the clock and pushed out the door. My dog's appointment would have been lacking significance, adequacy, and/or completeness. Possibly causing a misdiagnosis.
