Would highly recommend speaking to customer service over the phone instead of going into this store. We spoke with the specialist Nick, he was mildly helpful but stoic and wasn’t inclined to provide much assistance. We saved $600 upgrading through customer service instead of going through the store.

I had a great experience here! They were very friendly and helpful. There wasn’t anyone else there when I arrived so they took care of my stuff very quickly. Would definitely return here.

bessssst service ever and quick and efficient, came in at 6:40 was done and out with 2 new phones at 6:50. Def would recommend this location and recommend Tony!!

Bad customer service with My Verizon They didn’t help I just can’t believe they did not help me like getting a new phone that is replaced. I was having trouble with my battery. My phone was heating up bad customer service to me and I going to end up to switch.

Literally went there to open a new account and was told to call the 800 number. So called the 800 number while sitting there and the number said to call during normal business hours. Good luck if you go here.
