I had a lovely experience! I was sending a package and was rather frazzled but Dee and another lady were kind and laid back and helped me figure things out! I went around noon on a Friday and there were maybe 5 customers the whole time I was there, very relaxed

I had the worst experience at this USPS location. The customer assistance team was TERRIBLE!!!
I arrived on time for my appointment to renew my child's passport, but they made me stand and wait. Then, they told me I had a missing paper. I left, got the document, and came back. Despite having an appointment, they made me wait in the walk-in line for over an hour. When it was finally my turn, they allowed other mail customers to go ahead of me.
When the associate finally saw me, she said I missed another document that she hadn’t mentioned earlier!!!! This felt like clear discrimination because I was the only one wearing a hijab, indicating I am Muslim. They showed no respect for the fact that I had a young child waiting with me for over two hours. This experience was deeply frustrating and completely unacceptable.

This location is so rude and robotic. Lady that was in the middle had headphones in and seen me struggling to assemble box and just watched. Then took my box threw the shipping label on there and just threw box. Her energy was so unwelcoming and RUDE! TERRIBLE SERVICE

I'm having a positive experience with this USPS office in general so far. People working there are helpful and doing their job fine.
In March my parcel was lost by USPS never reached this particular office. But Monica was really helpful doing everything in her control to help me through this situation.
I am thankful and appreciate the efforts.

Probably the worst USPS in the United States. I have recently moved to Collin County and never have experienced condescending, rude and unempathetic employees like I have with USPS. Monica at this location is the only person that will pick up the phone and is very helpful. The rest of the employees especially on Tues 5/21/24 (on the far left desk) was rude and appeared she hated people and her job in parallel. It felt as if she was being held hostage there when I was asking about my mail. Very condescending, bad attitude and continously interrupted when I was being cordial.
Please completely revamp this location with customer service training, have Monica run it, create a negative attrition (i.e. fire the bad attitude employees that hate their jobs) for the sake of customers that come in. I'm sure there are qualified and willing people that actually want to work there and would be grateful. Unfortunately people that gave 1-2 stars were correct and I wanted to disprove it upon coming in today. Do yourself a favor and do not come in and/or deliver the same negative energy the employees exert as it seems they wanted to be treated inhumanely.

Consistently unhelpful. I try to go to Allen Eagle post office in McDermott but have tried this PO because it’s on my errand route and have regretted it every time.

Long line if you’re walking in for a passport but that’s not really their fault. Just be prepared and you shouldn’t have a problem. We were in line for about an hour and a half but it took less than 5 mins to turn everything in once we got up to the front.
