Miranda never took the time to understand that my package was lost and I was interested in locating the package rather than "claim processing." Unfortunately, when UPS loses the package and you use "authorized 3rd party UPS store," you will have to go through the store and employees like Miranda. Miranda also gave UPS global customer service confusing information repeatedly and a very hard time as early as this morning. Thankfully, several of us have filed compliant against this store and specifically Miranda. Do not assume that everyone wants money in exchange of mishandling/lost packages some of us want important documents returned by tracing via an investigation! That would mean customer service and a staff that cares about finding. Otherwise close your store! Never use this store to ship important stuff aside from Amazon trinkets.
P.S. Andrew on the other hand should be commended for being clear and educating even UPS global customer service. Too bad you are not the manager.

This store is amazing! They are always fun exciting, and it just feels so welcoming to come to the UPS store and the customers feel the love and the workers seem like they are happy to be working and serving others.

I have a virtual mailbox there and Manu & Miranda always proactively email me when I have mail or packages come in. They have helped me ship my products overseas during my travels and I never have any issue. Great team over there.

I've been a UPS Box customer there for nearly 14 years. The new owner took over a while back and her staff have been so welcome. I'm always greeted with a smile at every visit. Great customer service! Miranda has been amazing in assisting me with my UPS Box renewal. 5 stars all around!

This is one store that I frequently go to for all my UPS needs. Always well staffed, the sliding doors is a plus, especially when you have heavy packages in both your hands. Staff works very efficiently. Special kudos to Miranda and Andrew for helping me navigate some delivery challenges that I had. ultimately UPS delivery blundered, and my package was delivered when it was meant to be returned back to me.

This is hands down the best UPS store I have been to. The store associates are really friendly all the time. They always welcome me with a smile and are very attentive! This is the only store where I can walk-in and out in minutes! Even when it is busy because the team is always on top of things! Intead of dragging their feet to get things done like I have experienced in other stores. I’m usually there in the evenings and I gotta say the evening team is really friendly and efficient. I like it so much I’ve started coming to this one instead of the one two blocks from my house! … keep up the good job.

I have been shipping packages from this location for five years. Everything has been great. Recently I dropped off two paintings at this location for them to package and ship and they arrived to their destination in perfect condition. Thank you!
