I am a frequent flyer at this location and I must say that every staff member I have encountered is so nice. There is one staff member in particular that has always stood out to me. Her name is Ashley. She is consistently over the top kind and her customer service is top tier. She deserves major recognition. I have been in during both super slow and busy times and her professionalism and genuine warmness never falters. I hope this review reaches the right person. She’s one of a kind!

I want to give a big thank you to Ashley at this UPS store. She went above and beyond to help me track down my package. Even though I accidentally provided the wrong information at first, she remained incredibly patient, empathetic, and proactive in finding the correct details. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier. Truly appreciate her outstanding customer service!

What a professional and outstanding UPS staff. Amazon returns dropped the ball and caused me problems to return one item delivered in multiple boxes. The UPS store staff figured out how to address the Amazon problem and corrected the situation. They did so with such professionalism that I had to write to tell you about it. They delivered world-class customer service… Nothing less.

I come to the UPS store very often and I have never got a bad customer service experience until today. A young women that was working in the morning on 7/11/25 was doing my returns and completely started to help another customer. I was standing there waiting for her for several minutes. She came off very rude to me after i confronted her about it. Very unacceptable service

I had a disappointing experience at The UPS Store. I walked in and stood there for quite a while, but no one acknowledged me or greeted me. 😔 There were staff members present who saw me, but no one said anything—no “Be right with you” or even a smile. 🤷♂️ It felt like I wasn’t even noticed, which was frustrating.
First impressions are everything, and unfortunately, y’all failed. 👎 Customer service is key, and this location missed the mark in making me feel valued as a customer.

All the store's associates are incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgable of just about anything you need help with. Even though the store wasn't very busy, I frequently find myself with a longer than normal wait at this location. This seems to be correlated to scanners and computers taking longer than normal to read barcodes, look up information, and process payment. If you are in a hurry, I might try different location, otherwise, good experience.
