Sent the phone to my grandparents house to see if getting thing would be easier than sending it to my house and it definitely was so the carrier just doesn’t like my house I guess but far as I know everything works great.

Phone was listed as pristine but there were 3 scratches on the screen. They sent me a message to view on Vimeo which I couldn’t access it so I don’t know why it said. Since I downloaded the app on the old phone to view it, it was a waste of time since I couldn’t get anything to open. Other than that the phone arrived on time and the box was undamaged. Searching and ordering was a simple process.
UPDATE: 6 months after I bought my pristine phone the battery was failing so I took it to an Apple store. They wouldn’t replace the battery and showed me the slot on the side that showed it had been exposed to water. It came that way as I had placed it in a case when I received it and it wasn’t near water even in the case. So 6 months after I bought it, I had the option to spend another $400 for a replacement or much more for a newer model. I won’t buy again from this company and have replaced 2 other family member’s phones elsewhere in the recent 6 months.

I ordered a iPhone XR and was very pleased with it! Couldn’t even tell it wasn’t brand new.! (Except fir the price :)) I also emailed them a couple of times and they were quick on getting back to with with their response, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I ordered an iPhone 7. Its in decent condition, it works fine but its LOCKED so I can't activate it with the carrier I wanted to. It's supposed to be an UNLOCKED phone. I have a phone I can't do anything with now ?

I bought a Galaxy note 10 plus paid for a charger did not receive the charger tried getting ahold of the company cannot do can I do that no one will help me so I paid for nothing I'm mad but I like the phone
