I like to leave my reviews on Google when I received outstanding service or good from retailer or restaurant. I like shopping at Ulta.It’s not because it is my favorite place. The sales associate, Miss Jordan has been very, very helpful to find the right cosmetic products for me. She is very knowledgeable and patient with me each time. Most of the staffs are very helpful, but I just want to emphasize of Jordan’s help and make my visit more enjoyable. Thank you!

I came into ulta to get salon services (Fatima )with very long black coarse hair (type 4c) wanting to get a keratin treatment. Having been confused and nervous about such permanent transformation, I let go of it all and entrusted Fatima with her reassurance and explanations of the process that made understand more about my hair. This was my first time having such a treatment. My transformation is magical, and I feel better about managing my hair easily everyday. Thanks to Fatima for serving into the many ways in which I could work my hair hereon.
She also helped guide me through ways I can maintain my hair post transformation, identify and inticipate how the results would hold and wear off. I can tell that she is very knowledgeable and loves what she is doing .I highly recommend going in not entirely knowing what you want, only to be happily surprised at what an experience hairstylist can do!
Not only I loved the experience but I brought my daughter to her to have a dry hair cut and again I’m very grateful for such a patient person ( my daughter is a toddler) and I absolutely loved the hair cut as my daughter. She kept checking her hair ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love Ulta, just not this location. Why you may ask? I can never get help. I get looks but no acknowledgement nor do I get asked if I need assistance. This is not all Ulta locations. I normally give grace & wouldn't take the time to write a review, however I came in limping with crutches. My eyes met with an employee after she greeted some new people walking in, but she looked away. Anyway, if you know where, what you want is located, you're good at this "self help" location. Otherwise, drive a bit further to get help.

Ulta Beauty is convenient for having all your beauty product line needs all in one store. I absolutely love it. I visited the location in Allen, Texas, over the weekend for a quick visit and had a pleasant shopping experience. First, I was able to find what I needed. Secondly, all staffers were attentive friendly and so very helpful. I appreciate that. 5-stars to having a great, friendly staff to assist customers. Lastly thus location, I found was set up really nice, very open set up with the displays... makes walking around the store pleasant. I recommend this location.

Skylar was such a great help I went in for a color match and she showed me plenty of options and guided me to perfect match. She was super patient with a welcoming & friendly smile and kind spirit! Other staff members were such a good help as well. Will definitely be back!!

If I could give this store a negative star… I WOULD! Horrible customer service. While I didn’t shop here, they hired my friend many weeks ago. As she was trying to onboard, they ghosted her. No reasons why. She’s an exemplary employee. They kept her on hold for hours! Be better!
