“We came in August to get my 2 girls’ ears pierced. Came back today to redeem our “free earrings” but there was a glitch with the promotion. Raina not only gave me the customer service number to try and resolve the issue, but also grabbed some crayons and color sheets to occupy the girls while I was talking to them and she continued her work. She’s the sweetest and honestly, the reason we’ll return to that store.”
“The Toy Tree is the most outstanding toy store in the metroplex. It has everything you need…big selection of all the cutest and best unique items for kids. The owner has amazing taste! I was thrilled to find the baby Corolle doll Babipouce Blossom Garden that I’d been looking for…hard to find. Excellent place for gifts and with free wrapping!”
“Great place to sell if you have generic items otherwise I would sell online. Not the fault of this BAM to be clear. I got a great set for my collection everyone was super nice really felt that Southern hospitality. The had a great collection of items. I drove and hour and 30 minutes, it was with out a doubt worth it!”

I absolutely enjoyed the experience of building this LEGO brick by brick. I thought it was going to be more difficult, but it’s like building an IKEA furniture, if you follow the step by step directions, you will be fine.”

“Great store. Great owner, great funkos and collection. Me and my gf went pop hunting and stopped here 30 minutes before close and was greeted warmly. We ended up buying $200 worth of pops which were marked reasonably, he gave us a great deal without bankrupting himself and offered a free gift. Wasn't told I couldn't touch anything nor was the child who came in afterwards. People need to be more considerate of others and their situation, you don't need to be served hand and foot. Will definitely be back!”

“I’ve been shopping here for years and I have gotten to know the employees here pretty well. They are all so nice and attentive. I also notice them constantly going around the store and keeping it neat and organized whenever people mess up displays or move stuff around. It helps the store feel neat which is nice because they have so much stuff it can get overwhelming to look at lol.
So it makes me sad to see people say that they feel like they’re being followed when its probably just the employees going around meticulously organizing the store. These girls are so sweet. They go out of their way even on a busy day and the store is packed just to help me find something they aren’t even sure they have but they look anyways. Or go around the store to show me the new things they got in.
A few years back, some of Dotdotbang’s stuff did look unofficial but now a majority of their anime merchandise is definitely official. I’m an avid collector so I know their prices are fair for a small business. Especially when they get hard to find merchandise like Sonny angels (they have the same price for them as amazon and other local stores), Ensemble Stars, and Nendoroids (pricey but if you go to conventions or other local stores in texas its the same price).
I never wrote a review before but I love this store and the girls that work here, so I dont think some of these reviews before mine are as informed as I am. Since I’m a regular to this mall and I don’t personally think merchandise thats over $20 is expensive…”
