I was checked out by a lady named Lee. My experience with her was very off putting. She was rude to me and causing trouble. I came in shopping for 3 orders. Normally at Total Wines I put the orders on the belt, in order and separate. At this location which is my first time here, Lee told me to leave the stuff in my cart, I then told her I have 3 different orders she said ok leave it in the cart. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it and it came off mean. It came my time and she started to go into the cart but I handed her the first order as she needed to scan the barcode before ringing up so I put it on the belt and she told me to take it off. The whole process was difficult. It’s 2 options that can be done that she’s not aware of bc I work Instacart and she doesn’t. I tried to make it less complicated so I said if you want you can scan all barcodes at once and ring it up altogether (we can do that on Instacart) she said no and tried to tell me how to do my job. I said ok and let her ring it up her way. She started to ring up incorrectly the wrong order so I started to point out since she had an issue with me touching the order. The she told me to put it on the belt. I said no we’re going to keep it how you wanted it you are making everything difficult so I just pointed out what she needed to ring up first. As she was bagging she put one order in a box and didn’t close or seal it. Didn’t say have a good day or nothing. Lee was extremely rude and difficult and I did not appreciate her customer service.

They have the lowest price point by far. And a pretty good cigar selection for the novice cigar smoker. My only gripe is that I get a pretty racist vibe from some of the employees at the Allen location from time to time. The kind & pleasant ones always make up for it though.

Worst customer service in town. Not one employee spoke l, said welcome or ever offered to help. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the guy that is cashier was nice. Everyone else in this store should learn some customer service skills!

Just finished a wine and cheese pairing class. It was absolutely extraordinary. For someone not well versed in wine education it was extremely easy to follow and understand. Will definitely join more classes as they open up!

Best liquor store ever!! Not sure how other liquor stores stay in business! Variety & pricing is great. This one is small & didn’t have quite the variety of my old one but still fantastic! So happy to be around one again! Missed it!!

Great selection and best prices around ($4-$10 cheaper per bottle). Staff is hit or miss - on this visit they were a complete miss (not one employee asked if I needed help). Thankfully, I only go there for the selection and price.
