Normally I love Tom Thumb but this specific one was pure evil, my brother and baby son and I went to buy food for the game, and the entire store were aggressively staring at us. I assume it was something we were wearing but heading to the checkout section a tall 6’8 young man ran behind me and my brother aggressively, now I assume he thought we were stealing. This feel so disrespectful that I can’t take my two year son to the store without people racially profiling us we were the only Hispanics in the store. We were purchasing our products and I scan each item and put in bag but the yellow stealing light came on. We do not recommend any race or ethnicity to tom thumb specifically this one because you will be profiled. I’m a hard working dad just trying to feed my family ,treated like I’m a criminal because the color of my skin. It feels embarrassing and Tom Thumb should be embarrassed.
Update my wife (white) tested the store with the exact same route I took and groceries list
She said no one bothered her, so we sent the same brother and the exact situation and so behold 6’8 glasses man runs up behind him
My son was with both of them to see if decency was going to be displayed in front of my son, nothing positive displayed but only the judgement on our skins.

No assistance in dairy;
Highest position on duty was Asst. General Mgr. He was totally lazy and unhelpful. Prices not on potatoes. Staff not taught how to search for price. They went back to shelf they were on to find the "number".
Given their high prices service is too poor -- shop elsewhere.

Today I went to get my blood drawn and I have only positive things to say about Stephanie!! If you or your child are sacred, DON’T BE! I know the thought can be scary…but with Stephanie, you don’t even need to worry at all. She kept me taking and distracted me from the thoughts. Her hands are like angels, she put that needle in EFFORTLESSLY. I didn’t feel a thing!! 10 out of 10 best experience I’ve ever had getting my blood drawn. Love you girl ?

I just came out of this store, I only come here to get watermelon. There’s this same Tall, kinda hefty white dude with glasses that racially profiles me Everytime I come to the register. He’s no where to be found or roaming off when anyone white is at the self checkout. He literally NEVER pays them any attention. As soon as I come up he ends up coming out of no where standing exactly right behind me watching me pay for my watermelon and then walks up to my register after I leave for whatever reason. The last time I came he told a younger dude to come behind me and he came to the front of me to watch me scan the same item I come to get. It’s very noticeable and I will be recording this the next time I come in and will be documenting this with my attorney.

Pharmacy lied to me saying I needed a prescription for empty insulin syringes. They don’t sell medical supplies to non-customers of their pharmacies. They didn’t need to lie to me about prescriptions. I went to Target Pharmacy and they sold them to me no problem.

Bountiful place to get green apples and other groceries but closes way too early in my opinion. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Has what I need not really when I need it. My local tomb thumb at the moment.

I love it here and I still love it today. I would like to thank the gentleman standing at the door, whose name I do not know. I had a problem with chocolates and he helped me at the cash register. I want to thank him from here

Overpriced compared to the competition and the gall they have to still sell items expiring on the same day. Not even discounted. Never again will I walk into this establishment.

bought this today may 16th… this is a nice clean store workers are always nice. i have been shopping here for 3 years . giving 3 stars because i have never had a problem before. i bought this dip today and had one bite tasted “weird” took another still “weird” then looked at date and its 6months expired!!! btw i got food poisoning from it … that wanst fun!!! going to return tomorrow. hopefully they will do better quality and date check on their foods in future. went back today andrew and lory hope that’s correct names, amazing And kind gave me a refund, like i said people at store are always friendly. changed reviews to 5 stars :)

For the second week in a row, we've had an issue at this location. Last week, they were out of strawberries and would not issue a raincheck. This week, we did not realize that the Saturday specials were online only until after we clicked pay at self checkout. We had to wait while the attendant removed all of those items. Then she advised that we could order them on our phones. Due to the time of day, that wasn't possible. She asked the manager if he could help us, and he declined. We left without those five items, and the store staff was left up put them back. Terrible customer service! We recognize that we missed out on seeing some of the information on the app, but it was truly an oversight. Tom Thumb could do better!
