The 5+years reviews I just seen looks like this place was way better around those times with better things given out. Am new to this spot so am adapting. So far so good! I’ve came across a lot of things tht made me proud to get/have. Will continue to come as long as I please too n i highly recommend this place for sure. Thee only thing they need help on r the certain ppl thts volunteering or helping out either way certain females seem like they’re not energetic/communicative like others I’ve came across not know wht to do at some point. I mean I can do better thn some it’s not hard to communicate while checking out customers or saying a basic how u doing. Whts the point in giving a hand if u don’t have those skills. I do b happy or feel better when I get those type of communication n I work in customer service skills. It’ll make a person day jst by a basic damn sentence. I b happy when ik for a fact tht I can make someone’s day better thn yesterday. But unfortunately we r all not built/equipped the same ??♀️ sad but true!

Believe me when I say ACO Cares . When you need a agency when your back is up against the wall . They ( COME THROUGH ) being There !!!!! I don't have a big enough wow to tell you . My electric would be off and all food I do have would be gone . I had gotten sick with worry about a electric bill escalating $ UP$ out of control for me ! Everyday it was a different agency pleading for assistance. Due to the long list of applicants applying for energy assistance $$$ Things only seemed dimmer & dimmer . I was on my last extension with Energy provider :( Two days before my cut-off termination date . I called ACO Cares because they do and helped me before .They were able to keep my electricity on . Undying gratitude.

They really care. Food boxes a few times a week & a gift card to shop in their store full of useful household items
