I did not end up moving forward with this company. He came highly recommended from a friend. But unfortunately lacked professionalism and was very defensive about the questions I had about the quote. Hoping the company will improve on their customer service.

I’ll be honest, our initial exchanges weren’t the greatest as well as his exchanges with my realtor as we were selling the house we bought 2.5 years ago and found out the foundation warranty was never transferred at the time of our purchase. At the end of the day, we ultimately decided to use jay as we needed a cast iron replacement as ours was cracked and was not patchable. Others told me no but jay said he’d have his guy try to at least repair which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for working with me and billing as well!

I am not good leaving reviews, but I had to make an exception here. When I called Jay (ROC foundation), I asked a lot of questions about the issues that I had in my house, cost, when it was the best time of doing it, how was the process, etc, etc, etc. Jay took the time to explain everything to me, he gave me his honest recommendation and didn't push me to do it. Again, he took his time to explain everything and took me step by step. His crew was great, respectful, hard workers and committed to excellence (Daniel, the supervisor was very professional). I will recommend Jay, Daniel and his crew 100%. Go ahead, ask him anything, he will explain it to you and give you the peace of mind you need.

I got 3 estimates. All where different. A neighbor told me to call an engineer. The Roc was almost identical to engineer. They had marked 1 additional pier that when explained made sense and engineer agreed. The other guys had told me I needed almost 10 more piers??!! I ended up going with The Roc for this reason and am pleased with results.

Did a great job, professional and hard working crew. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up the job site. You would not even know I just had foundation work done after the clean up. Jay explained everything well, it went just as I expected. No surprises.

Jay provided initial service to the previous home owner then a warranty repair two years ago. Signs of settling appeared last Spring. I have attempted to contact him multiple times and he will not return my calls. I've tried contacting him via phone and email for nearly a year now.Service: Foundations

Following the extreme heat of this past summer and just before our plans to move out of our home to relocate out of state, we realized our home’s foundation had some noticeable cracks around our garage and siding bordering our windows. Nevertheless, I was fortunate to contact Jay at the Roc Foundation repair who understood our situation and immediately got to work.He came to our house a couple of days after our initial call and did a detailed walkthrough around our property internally/externally to assessed the damage and explained our options to correct the issue. Jay was very honest on his opinion and gave us peace of mind by letting us know that the issue was minimal. He also took the time to answer all our questions including warranty details and gave us a reasonable estimate for the required work. He also went above and beyond by prioritizing the required city and utility permits in order to ensure the repairs could be finalized before our departure. The staff was very punctual, professional, and very efficient in completing the work from beginning to end.We feel very fortunate we were able to work with Jay and his staff at the Roc Foundation Repair to take on this project and complete our repairs despite our circumstances. Found this company by searching google and I am glad I did. Jay came out to look at my foundation, as I had noticeable cracks in my ceiling. After measuring, he realized the issue was with my existing piers that I had on the side of my house. He did not try to sell me, but he was honest and told me to go through the other company and use the warranty. I would recommend him.Service: Foundations

I can’t say enough good things about Jay and the crew at The ROC. I was super nervous at the thought of it all. I contacted several companies. The first time I spoke to Jay on the phone I knew he was my guy. Before the team got started they explained the process and what I could expect. The guys were friendly, respectful, and about their work. It was amazing to watch. They did a great job and put everything back the way they found it, with the exception of my shrubs. I always hated them so I told them not to worry about preserving those. This was my first experience with foundation repair and after having worked with The ROC, I can’t imagine anyone else could have done it better. It’s hard finding people, let alone companies you can trust. I’m adding Jay and The ROC to my contact list. I hope I never need this type of service again, but if I do they will be my go to.
