Owners, Amanda and John, run their Goddard of Allen (East) school with the highest of standards. The staff is truly OUTSTANDING! Our children are thriving over kids who go to Montessori or Primrose schools due to the commitment, care and curriculum of each class and staff member. I feel very fortunate that we found Goddard Allen (East). I would keep my children there if they offered grades 1-5 and beyond!

My son's shift from homeschooling to Goddard was a challenging adjustment. The dedicated efforts of Amanda, Mrs. Ilham, Ms. Sydney, Melissa and Allison played a pivotal role in ensuring a successful transition. Our family expresses profound gratitude towards Goddard for the positive impact it has had on our son's rapid educational and social progress!

I love this school and it's staff. One of the best decisions we ever made for our kids was switching them from their old school to this one. 10/10 would recommend.

The moment I stepped into the school I could tell how loving, friendly, organized, and safe the environment and staff were. As time as gone on, it is clear how much every staff member cares about the kids and families. I couldn’t be happier. I only wish they taught higher grades too.

Coming to Goddard was the best decision for our daughter… we never worry about dropping her off each day because the staff is amazing, attentive and genuinely cares about all of the kids

The teachers and staff are very warm and friendly. Always smiling and offering hugs if child needs/wants it. Staff’s ability to help children grow academically, physically, interpersonally. Great, warm, supportive environment.

Amanda, John, and the entire staff are fantastic. My son has been going to Goddard for three years, and every time he has changed classes, I am confident that the teacher truly cares for the well-being of my child. They go the extra mile for your kid. Daycare is expensive, but with Goddard, I know it's money well spent.

The Goddard School of Allen (East) is a wonderful place to work. The owners and director are responsive to the needs of families and employees.

I have 2 children that have been attending Goddard, and we are in love with it. We were previously in a Primrose, which we also loved, but feel Goddard is a more loving and less formal setting for our young children. They have learned so much since joining the Goddard School, and all of the teachers and office staff have been incredibly kind and nurturing. My children will be here until we physically can't drive the distance anymore!

We have moved out of the area and our child is no longer at Goddard School. We miss them!I always felt like my child was well cared for. All of the staff that I interacted with (and I'm pretty chatty) were always friendly, and my child loved them. We had our differences, and we had issues, and every single time I raised one of them they were handled with a conversation and solution, without delay. My child learned a lot, and had experiences that they would not have had otherwise.I originally hesitated to even inquire into care with them because I assumed the prices would be astronomical; they were not. Food was included and the prices were the same or less than most of the other daycare/preschools in the area. We were very pleased with that, and they had automatic ACH payments that we were able to 'set and forget'.We would not have left if we hadn't moved out of the area. I miss the staff, my child misses the class, and we're happy to have had their assistance in helping build the foundation my child will build their life on. Thank you to Amanda and every single one of your staff.

You will be SO satisfied with John, Amanda, and the rest of the staff. This place is more than just childcare, or even education. Almost over night, the behavior development, speech, and social skills of my son were extremely noticeable. If you're looking for a school to take CARE of your child, please give The Goddard School in Allen a chance.

We just moved to the area from Austin. My daughter was in a couple of different daycares the first 3 years of her life. This place is a parents’ dream. In the past, communication with my daughter’s teachers has been very difficult. I never really knew what she was eating or learning about or how to reinforce new information at home. I only knew how she was behaving when there was some sort of write up or incident report. I would show up to pick her up and have questions that were very difficult to get answered because the closers were not let in on what happened during the day. I felt like we were constantly in trouble or being judged or having behavior issues. The Goddard School has been the total opposite. I get reports every single day of what her class did for the day, what they are learning, why it’s important for their development, and specific goals in mind that align with their tasks. I get pictures of her in that report showing different activities she engaged in, such as rock climbing, painting, balance beams, basketball... what she ate, how much. Some of the pictures are downloadable, as they are just of her. Group pictures are not, so as to respect the privacy of the other families and children. I try to get her in early when I can so we can take full advantage of the morning learning time as well as the afternoon fun time, but as a single mom taking night classes, sometimes I am in class almost as soon as I pick her up and by the time I am finished, it’s bed time... so the days following, I prefer to spend a little extra time with my daughter in the mornings before dropping her off. I understand children thrive off of routine, but that has been kind of our routine, and I’ve gotten some backlash from her previous daycares and felt like I have to explain myself or like we were disrupting. We have never been made to feel that way here and it makes a world of difference. My daughter is happy and thriving and excited to go to school and to learn. My only wish is that we had moved here and started her at the Goddard School sooner. You will not find a better place for your little ones, at such a reasonable price, and with such a kind and intelligent family as the Snowman family. I’m so impressed.

We transitioned to Goddard School of Allen at the beginning of 2020. The teachers have been incredible and the staff and owners are very friendly and professional. It feels like being part of the family. Miss Paulina has had a profound impact on my 5yo in her Jr Kinder program. She had a lot of fun and is excited to start Kindergarten already ahead on math and reading skills. Huge thanks to Miss Cammy for potty training my 2yo AND working with her to stop sucking her thumb and talk more. She comes home singing songs and telling us about her day!Amid pandemic concerns the owners and staff quickly pivoted their safety processes and focused on the health and mental well-being of the children. they are communicative and all on the same page with more frequent enhanced cleaning, temp checks, restrictions on who can enter the bldg and other ways they have put safety first. Despite the changes and fatigue they continue to operate with energy, smiles and high quality service. We look forward to being parts of the Goddard family for years to come!
