This daycare is going down hill.We love our teachers and director here. A lot of what is negatively happening is out of their control. It’s not getting cleaned, one morning I walked in and picking up something my toddler dropped with a wet wipe and the wipe was black… children’s courtyard needs to stop putting everything on their teachers. They need someone to come in and clean professionally like other daycares. There is no education/learning happening. This is not the teachers fault, they are just short staffed. They don’t pay the teachers enough to stay. This daycare seems to only care about money. I don’t know if there’s a new management but I’m looking to switch to a new daycare very soon.

My family and I are beyond grateful for the staff of Allen. My son has been here for a year and appreciate the flexibility of moving the kids following assessments to the appropriate age groups. Staff are very proactive and flexible for 3rd party specialists to also attend. Thank you Sabrina and staff.

I'm excited to share that my son is enjoying his time here. I have seen him grow in the ways he expresses himself and shares he shares that he has friends.During the orientation I was pleased that after the Asst. Director said she would get us answers to some of our questions, she followed through.Next, on my son's first day the Director took him by the hand and led him to his classroom. Nothing compares to that peace!He has fun, he's learning, and he's safe.Thank you!!

After more than half a year, I finally have the time to write a review. Last year, we enrolled our child in this school, and through surveillance, I saw another child holding a sharp triangular ruler and cursing at my child. The ruler was dangerously close to my child's eye, just a few centimeters away. At the same time, I started recording the video. This same child has shown aggressive behavior towards my child on more than one occasion, but the teacher turned a blind eye. When I went to pick up my child, I found him playing alone in a corner while the aggressive child was sitting at the table in the middle of the room, eating yogurt.I asked the class teacher about what happened, but she interrupted me and said she had to watch over 22 children alone, so she couldn't answer my questions or do anything about it. Therefore, I had to confront the child who bullied my child and told him, "Please don't point the triangular ruler at my child's eye again." Later, I took the video and found Director Sabrina. Her response was beyond belief. She said, "Although that child was wrong, your child is too weak. He should have hit back when being attacked." I was shocked. My child is only 4 years old, and he is expected to hit back when facing aggression? Suppressing my anger, I asked the director how to resolve this issue. She said she would talk to the parents of the other child but asked me to delete the video before the matter could be resolved. I refused to delete the video until the issue was resolved. She then informed me that, following their process, my child could no longer attend the school. So we withdrew our child from the school.And Sabrina blocked my contact right away!!It has been over half a year since then, but I am still appalled by the director's words and actions. Until now, I haven't received any incident report or apology. I hope that all children here can be treated with kindness and respect.

Amazing daycare with a great Director. Very caring staff and they have an extremely clean facility. Starting from the baby crib sheets all the way to the floors everything is sparkling clean. The Director at this location is not only professional and courteous, but also helpful and straight shooter - doesn't play games, totally transparent and very responsive.

As a first-time mom having to go back into the office after covid restrictions were lifted, I did a lot of research to find a great place for our daughter (who was 14 months old at the time). We joined the daycare when it opened in May 2022. The staff worked very well with my daughter and her level of development. Staff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable leaving my baby there. Plus, this location provides updated and pictures through an app and live video monitoring of the classroom. I can't say enough positive things about the daycare and the employees that work there. We are now moving out of state and have very high expectations for our next daycare.

My son attends there now! They just opened up this Monday. Everything is amazing, and teachers have years of experience in his classroom. They have the assessment based curriculum which incorporates each child’s needs. I think my son will continue experiencing more and more everyday.
