Dear Target, I cannot stand in line behind someone with 50 items so I can purchase a single item. I thought it was bad when the store closed one self checkout but now that both are closed consider me gone. I can spend the extra time going down the road to HEB and get better product as well.

Today around 9:30pm we went to register 1 and as the cashier finished scanning our items, she quickly scanned the gift card with the $15 I was supposed to get from buying 2 boxes of diapers into the side. She thought I didn’t see her scanned the card but I did. When I asked her where the gift card was she told me and my husband that she put it on the small counter, but that’s not true. My husband told her that she did not put anything there. I was putting the bags in the cart while my husband payed and he didn’t see her put it anything there. I always know when I am going to get a gift card from items that qualify to get money back. Just warning others. Did ended up getting the gift card at the end when she scanned us another one. Will be checking my receipt just incase.

The worst customer service ever we were buying a camera system from the electronic section around 8pm and the sales guy totally ignored us and treated us in a very rude way. First he wasn’t there we had to call him from where I don’t know then he didn’t have the key for the camera lock and when finally he got the key from one of his coworkers he left us without unlocking the cameras and went with another customer. That’s totally unprofessional we called away without buying the 100$ cameras. Will get it from Best Buy they know how to treat their customers.

Clean and generally have items in stock. Could really due to see new items in most areas introduced more commonly, but maybe that is an issue they are not capable of due to corporate.

I was in this store on Friday 5/24/24, there was a new cashier Brian on his first day with absolutely no one helping him...He did his absolute best with a positive attitude...he called a team lead or Mgr over to help with a item that would not scan, she was unhelpful, rude and looked like she didn't want to be there...She was rude to me and him.... HR. I know she is not a true representation of Target...please talk to her...she is awful....no wonder u had so many call outs...team leads, mgt and store culture will either keep or chase employees away. If I had to work with her dry self I would hand in my resignation.

I am so tired of the check-out situation at Target since the company decided to close half the self-checkouts. The wait time is ridiculous. Target is losing business from customers who don't want or don't have the time to waste waiting in line. Definitely will never go there on the weekends! Same reason I don't go to Costco on the weekends. HEB has it figured out - maybe it's time to revisit the issue.

Had a great experience at the is target location, a young man Taylor Ross on the check lane had a positive attitude and made sure to say thank you have a great day and the employees did not mind helping me find what I needed especially the young lady in style, I am not sure of her name but she told me worked in fulfillment . I have been to many retail locations today any this is first to tell me “Thank you Have A Great Day.” Kudos to Target Store # 2516 for having such a great employees.

Self checkout teen/young adult with long, brown curly hair was not acknowledging customers as they entered and exited. She was leaning her back against the partition and her arms were both draped behind her like she wasn’t employed by Target. Where is the customer service and why is this acceptable?
