Anyone trying to get something printed stay away. Ordered Blueprints for my Electrical company and I was told there was a mishap. Didn’t get a phone call or some sort of communication. This will put me behind on my projects causing major delays. I don’t appreciate having my time waisted.

This is an example of a retailer that will go out of business real fast. Long time customer but after today will never visit them again. 24 hours after a simple print order the order is not ready and the clerks only response is you can cancel it if it does not work for you! Yes certainly and will never give you a chance again.

Placed the order the day before. Got a call next day morning 11 am saying my order was on hold for something. Called them and got it fixed right away. Sitting there and waiting for whole damn day and something felt off. Called them again and apparently they forgot about it or what?I don't know what they're up to

Waited for passport pictures for over 1 hour. Cashier completed over 10 transactions before cutting the pictures. Had to ask the cashier multiple times if it could be done so I can leave. Will not return to this location again.

Came in at 1:05 to get passport photos, something that can be done in minutes -as per their website - and I left at 1:35. Cashier handled at least 6 separate transactions before finalising mine even though I was waiting in line prior to any of them even arriving to the store. Has delayed cutting out my passport photos for 30 minutes. Saeb needs to learn when a customer is there first, they get served first.

WORST office supply store in history. The rudest customer service! Their machines did not work and once I left, they charged my card $250 and I did not purchase any item or make a copy! THIS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN LIKE THEIR OTHER STAPLES LOCATIONS that are closed ASAP. WORST STORE EVER!!!!!

John in the printing center rocks! He was so patient with me as I was trying to get a funeral program done. Every time I called him, @ 4 times in one afternoon, he answered my questions, provided suggestions and explained issues. His customer service was impeccable. The printing job was done perfectly and on time and his calm and kind attitude will never be forgotten during a very stressful time.

Pretty much has anything you should need for a small business or home office. Prices are ok but, always double check online for better deals. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The store is very clean and has great specials from time to time. The main problem with the store are the bathrooms are extremely dingy.

Shift manager (had diff color shirt than rest) at the store was very rude and condescending. Was trying to get an office chair, guy asked if it was for me, just looked at me and said "I would destroy" that chair in a very insensitive way, later he tried to make it sound like was being helpful he said I would destroy it in two months and that the chair was for small kids (it wasn't). The specs says it holds up to way above my weight. I'm chubby but very avg (size L clothes). Well that day he made me feel bad about my weight. I later bought that same chair at a different store. Have had it for more than 2 months, it's pretty much same as new - not "destroyed." I repeat this bc the way he said it and the facial expression was just so unprofessional and passive aggressive.
