Would not recommend this company if I could I would give them a zero star so unprofessional and rude when I booked with them through a company that they work with (Safe ship) they quoted a price that Fit in my budget once they got to my place they Charge me almost $2000 more than what I was quoted and the only big items I had was my two piece sectional and my king size bed and the rest was boxes less than 25 I was moving from Atlanta Georgia to Dallas, Texas 853 Miles to be exact from my old place to my new place it took them 13 days to deliver my stuff every time I called and try to get an update. Maria and Diego had the nastiest non-compassionate Nonchalant attitude and on top of that while there was moving, they broke the light to the ceiling fan so unprofessional

I had a terrible experience with Safe Ship. It turns out they don’t actually handle the moving themselves—they just take the job and subcontract it out to other companies. So, if anything goes well, the credit really belongs to those subcontractors, not Safe Ship.
Our ordeal began when we contacted Safe Ship because they were marketed as "the best moving company," though I’m not sure who decided that! They asked us to provide an estimated list of items, and we told them it was roughly the size of a two-bedroom house. They then created a list that included items we didn’t mention or give exact quantities for, and they insisted we sign the contract while we were still on the phone. Although we told them we weren’t certain about the items yet, they assured us they only needed estimates, not exact numbers or sizes.
On the day of the move, employees from a completely different company showed up. They informed us that the list they received specified 400 cubic feet of items and that we’d be charged an additional $2,000 for the extra volume. When we tried to discuss this with Safe Ship, their staff was incredibly rude, simply stating that we had signed the contract and that there was nothing they could do. They also said that canceling the contract wouldn’t result in a refund.
The movers who came didn’t know anything about Safe Ship—they were from an entirely different company and seemed completely in the dark about the situation. I feel deceived and extremely frustrated.
To make matters worse, Safe Ship charged nearly double the average rate of other moving companies. We chose them because they promised to handle everything and make the process stress-free, but it turned out to be a nightmare. Essentially, all they did was take our money and sell our job to another company, taking no responsibility for anything.
In the end, it feels like we paid this much to Safe Ship just for a phone call to place the order. As customers, we shouldn’t have to know their internal policies; it’s their job to explain everything clearly so that we can make informed decisions. Unfortunately, they agreed to everything we asked before signing the contract, only to push us into signing it without proper understanding.
We made a mistake in trusting them, and I hope you don’t make the same mistake by choosing Safe Ship.

They don't provide any kinda of receipt if you drop your package here, so against their business name 'safe'. If anything was to happens, good luck.

Buyer Beware but I should have checked my phone first. Safe Ship charges 85 cent for a Forever Stamp. The new price is 66 cents at the USPS. I asked over and over are you sure they have gone up that much. “YES, that’s the new price”. I needed 4 books. I will not be back!

Rude and unfriendly employees. Overcharge on USPS mail pieces. I have tried to go back several times, giving them the benefit of the doubt. But, most the time they don't even lift their head up to offer help. Or, they are engaged in a conversation with each other and take their time to address you when in there. The last time I went, they charged me $3.00 to mail my own large flat envelope. They said they would "take it from there" so I didn't watch them meter it. That piece arrived to the destination two weeks later and was metered $1.49.

Safe ship is my go to for sending anything. Recently I had to return computer equipment. I only had one label and it ended up being two boxes. They were fine with me going home and emailing them another one. Such great service! Always friendly and helpful

Sent a package on Friday afternoon and it had to be there the next morning. Paid $55 for next day delivery but package won’t be delivered until Monday by 430pm. We repeatedly told him at the store it had to be there Saturday morning and at no time did he say it would be delivered Monday, in fact he assured us it would. Terrible customer service caused a huge problem. I understand if you don’t deliver on weekends, just say so and i would have done something different. I wish no stars was an option!

GREAT place to ship a package! This is a family run business that has been helping my family to ship packages for the last 15 years. They have always been helpful and kind to us every time we come in. Service is very quick and reliable, we have not had any problems with any of the packages we have shipped. If you are looking for a quick, safe, and reliable place to ship a package I would highly recommend coming here.
