There technician named Billy was hands down one of the coolest and most professional people I've had come work on my home. He worked with me through every step of getting the cameras installed and didn't leave until everything (including the software) worked properly. RC if you're reading this I'm dropping you guys if you don't give this man a raise. Thank you so much again, Billy!

Very happy with the customer service I received from Randy at RC Consulting. I'm in an office with no windows and get lousy cell phone reception. RC installed a Voip connection through Ethernet and now have a clear connection with a hand held phone. No more going outside in a hot car to make business calls. Thumbs up!!
