This use to be my go to place to bank , but now that the staff is different I am noticing that there is a Caucasian young lady first or second window inside and Everytime I come in and just to get cash she always tries to hold my money until I sign a paper or fill out a form even when I express that I don't have time and it's not a process that has anything to do with me getting cash out.
I think the employees there now overstep their boundaries on one occasion I had to just walk away from the window because I kept saying I have to go and they didn't want to hand me my ID. So I started to leave without it.
I hate going into the bank now she is like a pushy car salesman and it's unprofessional.
Now that the garland location is open I will probably not be back to this one.
When we come into the bank to get money give me my money finish my transaction because you holding my money trying to manipulate me into signing papers is ridiculous. And statng all these federal laws as a means to persuade you to do something it's the worst experience now
I won't be back to this location. The way people don't even come into banks anymore you would think customer service would be at an all time high.

The ATM dispensed a $100 dollar bill. I went inside and asked a teller if they could break it for $20’s and $10’s. She told me I needed to have an account with them to do that. I told her although I did not, my four college kids did. She said, sorry can’t help you. Guess who had their kids close their accounts? Chase, where We have no account, could not have been nicer about breaking the $100.

Anna made my day. I had a small issue but Anna came up with a great solution and my experience went from ok to amazing. She proceeded my deposit in a timely manner. I felt valued, I felt like someone cares about how I felt. This is my second loan with RBFCU and I am glad I didn’t go with the competition. Thank you genuinely to Anna and to my teller.

It's not about this branch but overall RBFCU.This branch has great people. Even the branch manager Brian case is greatIssues:Entire customer service and all operations are handled by a call centerThe worst globallyCall center :1. Six months no access to my online statements2. The entire staff goes home at 6.00 PM3. No credit card staff on weekend, if your card is blocked by chance4. Extremely poor service. They hang up the call and not polite5. When you call credit card services it says 'we don't recognize number you are calling from and goes in circles'6. They charged me overdraft fees even when it was a bank error and would not refund money.7. I had a fraud on my account. They credited the money and came back after 3- months, sorry we cannot process your request, no reason. Fact ( they lost my report ). I kept on thinking it is done. I lost $1300.I am very angry at these losersProduct review : in scale of 1-5, 5 being best1. Checking /savings account - 1 ( read above )2. Credit card - 1 ( read above )3. Business account - 1 ( I plan to close it ). I never used it much. I know they will mess up in future.4. Loan - 3 ( Only problem they are also a part of call center. Best bank I ever had! Free checking. Quick arrival of checks. $1 money orders. Cheap safe deposit boxes (I think $10). AND.......they greet you by name! Don't hesitate. mb
