If I could put zero stars I would, because after three visits and two reschedulings, I never even got my blood drawn. The order from my doctor never even showed up in their system, and yet they wasted weeks of my time with their stupid robotic appointment set-up and rescheduling. I called into my doctor and they verified sending the order to the correct location, so it was Quest that lost it.
Even though I had to input all my information, they never cross checked it in their system until I finally sat down in the chair. Why have a completely robotic sign in proccess where it scans your ID and everything if they don't even actually look at any of the information and just make you verbally say it all to the person drawing your blood once you sit down?
Also, the rescheduling proccess is awful, a robot gives you an extremely long code of letters that you must say into the phone when you want to reschedule, except the robot cannot actually understand you at all and will never register the correct letters without having to do it three times or more, and theres no option to call a human. Also the room is super tiny, like a closet, and they left the door open and were speaking loudly about a patient that everyone in the waiting room was just inches from and could hear all the information. Also heard staff complaining and talking about not wanting to put in effort.

The phlebotomist was so rude. She called me by the wrong name and when I asked her if she meant my name, she looked at me with a dirty look and repeated the wrong name. She didn’t verify much of my information and just told me to lay out my arm. She then jabbed me with the needle and when blood stopped flowing, she started pressing on the vein while keeping the tourniquet tight. I honestly believe she was making it painful on purpose and got some sort of joy from it. I will never go back. My arm is bruised up.

I loved the ability to select an appointment online. The appointment was quick and easy on the day of arrival.

Horrible customer service came in as a walk in and was told to make an appointment …. They had no one in the office no one in the waiting room …. Even the iPad said to take a seat ? very rude service

Read the reviews. Our technician had terrible people skills. Just rude. Tech needed a Dr request resubmitted. I told her that I called the Dr and they were sending the request back over. Tech didn't acknowledge me. When I saw that she was sitting at her computer, I walked over to her and told her again. Without looking at me, she just replied, "I heard you the first time." I responded, "Well, you didn't respond."
She was rushed and cold. She asked how I was paying. I told her and she just stuck her hand out. Never made eye contact.

The technician was the rudest healthcare "professional" I have ever experienced. Lectured me about my Dr orders and complained about taking a "walk-in". Never will I go to this location again...and possible Quest.

I have been to this Quest Lab many times and had no issues.
I schedule out my thyroid appointments 6 months in advance and so the order for my blood draw is usually from further back, so I know sometimes this can be hard to find but again never have had any issues with this in the past.
Today I came in and this older lady called my name and immediately when I sat down said she couldn’t help me cause my order didn’t have a date of todays date.
When I tried to explain that I have come here many times with no issues and I was going to explain that it may be further back, she got rude and wouldn’t even try, just kept saying she couldn’t and was very rude.
Will not be returning to this lab, which is unfortunate because everyone else I have experienced there was lovely, but refusing to listen, arguing, and general lack of how the system works, that’s a no for me.
I also caked my doctor and made sure after I left this Quest to make sure the order was in there and it was.

I have out of state doctor order. Last year I have exact same order in this location and they are able to find it in the system. I double checked my quest account that I have all the order fulfilled in this location with a different person last year!
But the senior lady yesterday refuse to look for the test and initially said she cannot find the doctor’s account as well. I informed her to look at the order carefully and the doctor is out of state.
Then she refuse to look up a few items in the order without the code. Just because she was 10min away from lunch. She has no time to look it up in the system.
Also she yelled my name from inside the room in a rude way. Will never choose this location again.

Jesse (very nice lady) was very kind and did a great job! Very friendly, appointment was on time and check-in was a breeze. Conveniently located and very clean facility.
