Beware of this location...The negative reviews below are true and I had a very similar experience today. The lady who supposedly training nurses there (and a full time employee) is extremely rude and unprofessional to a level that may be disqualifying for this kind of job. You are not allowed talk to the nurse otherwise she will put you to your place like no other - I don't know what she thinks of herself... Definitely do not knock on the door because she will completely lose it. When you go to this location make sure you shut up and sit down even if they treat you like trash. You are not a patient when you step in this place they think they are doing you a favor.

The technician was rude. In training but didnt follow any directions given to her. She missed a whole test panel of Testosterone for me. I am not even sure if I am getting charged for the tests and its not even done and in my reports. I want to know how I can find out if I was charged or not. Tests were done on Oct 16th in Allen Walmart

Would give them a zero if I could. They checked people in who were walk ins, let them sit there for over an hour and then left because closing time came, without drawing their blood. My issue isn’t with them leaving because they needed to close, it is with them checking people in and allowing them to sit there for over an hour instead of saying upfront we are leaving and won’t be able to take care of you, please come back another time. Highly unprofessional.

I had an appointment to get my bloodwork drawn at this location and they were right on time. The girl drawing my blood seemed very nice but I had a Huuuge black bruise for over a week! They are forced to rush and the quality of care is HORRIBLE!!

The check-in machine wasn't working properly and didn't recognize the online appointment. We had received confirmation email too.
Lab Associate Juan Aguilera was very helpful and registered us for tests. I really appreciate it.

This is the worst lab that I've ever been in my hole life. They are very rude, it's always full.... I went there twice, I had bad experience both time.

I was there this morning and there was female who her nails were so long that I would not allowed she touched my arm. How do you draw a blood with such big nails? Is quest allows it?

Best Quest experience I’ve ever had. I will be returning to this location from now on. Be sure to make an appt because they book up really fast :)

Will give a full 5 stars if the location opened up closer to my home and appointments are over crowded and heavily booked. Other than that, rest of the service is very good.

This location is terrible. We had to use this location due to availability. I don’t recommend. They are lazy, definitely not focused on the patient, makes walk-ins and patients with appoints wait longer than they should. You can hear them chatting behind the door about non work related items. I wish the owner or manager could do something. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at this particular location.

I will not use Quest if I am ever given another option. This was the most infuriating experience, and Quest made it harder every single step of the way. I'm sure that someone at Quest is proud of themselves for making the suggestion to eliminate overhead by removing all (all) customer service positions. There's no one in the location to direct you on next steps, there's no one to call with questions, and if you do call their customer service line, it offers you a free "medical alert device" and when you indicate you aren't interested by pressing pound, it disconnects the call.
The phlebotomist that I saw wasn't interested in helping me get my test completed or even answer my questions about how to get her what she needed. At no point during the automated appointment process was I told that "not all" Quest locations get orders sent by doctors, and she gave me that information like I was inconveniencing her by being there.
In a healthcare system as broken as hours, it's honestly astounding at how much worse they were able to make it.

The lazy people at this site will ignore walk ins sitting in their lobby while they play in the back talking and screwing around on their phones
I am sitting here with people in the back as a walk in with zero people being seen and they’re hiding behind a door with a janky black paper screen taped up.
I knock on the door and this irritated entitled person walks out acting like I woke her up from a nap and told me they don’t take walking (they are supposed to but they are exercising their “autonomy”) and that, even though no other patient was there, they weren’t going to see me. They even turned away a little boy whose parents were worried he has type 1 diabetes.
Then the lady told me to “get my privileged ass” out of her waiting room. What awful people at this location.

This is the worst place run by two ladies who are absolutely unprofessional. Rude from get go. Have no sense of getting people as per appointments, get random people in outside queues… not sure why… in my son’s case started drawing blood from literally bone area … kept piercing back and forth the needle and then gave up and called the other assistant and till I decided enuf is enuf… if you don’t like your body get your blood work done here…
