My elderly mother was looking for a short wig/topper but the store is really big so we didn't know where to begin looking. The manager/owner walked with us through the store, directing us to the particular section and assisted my mom in trying on hair pieces. I am so thankful and we are now customers! They understand the importance of customer service which the retail world could use more of!

They DO NOT open on time throughout the week. According to Google they open at 9am most days. I just waited close to an hour for them to open, and they’re still not open. It’s now 9:50. This is not the first time this has happened. Go later on in the day.

Hate is a bad word, so I will say that I very VERY strongly dislike this beauty supply. Very seldom have I come here and had a good experience. The staff is rude and impolite. The prices are higher than the other beauty supplies in the area. The only reason they get business is because they are in Allen and some people don’t like to travel to Plano. Go another 2 miles up the road to K beauty supply on Parker and you will not be disappointed. I will never do business with this company again.

Went in for the first time today and the staff was amazing! So friendly and kind! They had exactly what I needed for boho braids! I was in and out! Definitely would come back just because of the service!

Went in and followed guidelines to try on hair. The employee was with me the entire time. Tried on 2 styles … told her which one I wanted, she put the wrong one by the register.They refused an exchange even after she brought the correct the correct one to the front saying “isn’t this the one you wanted” me replying…. Yes… and that’s not the one I got?Get returning hair is unsanitary but how is this my fault?

I like that this beauty is supply is super close, it’s the only one in the vicinity and has great options. I was looking for a specific wig they didn’t have though

This is the only hair supply store in Allen that I know of. When I walked in I wasn't greeted but other customers after me were. The store offers a variety of hair, hair products, makeup and clothing accessories.
