I have had 3 kids go through Primrose and each one of them went into Kindergarten confident and well prepared. The teachers have loved on them as they were their own. For a year we even tried going to a different daycare and it could not compare. Since then we have recommended this school to all our friends!

My husband and I looked around at many schools in the area while I was pregnant with our daughter. We are so happy we chose Primrose West Allen. The communication and staff are wonderful. We know our daughter is in great hands while we’re at work and is having fun & learning. Ms. Nafiseh and Ms. Martha and the rest of the infant team is truly incredible with the kids. Thank you Primrose for taking great care of our child.

My kids have been attending Primrose of West Allen for a year now and we could not be happier with the care they receive here. Within this short time, most of the teachers have become like family to us and we have formed close friendships with many of the other families. This school has truly been wonderful at making our kids feel at home and we have seen significant improvements in their social and academic development. Both of my kids look forward to going to Primrose and love spending time with their teachers and friends. We also appreciate that their chef has nutritious vegetarian options for meals. We are so grateful for the entire Primrose team!

As parents of a toddler at Primrose, we can attest to the fact that there is good communication between the school and us as parents. Primrose is open and honest. We are informed of our toddlers strengths as well as his deficits and the schools plan of action to help correct those deficits.I would rate the security and emergency procedures A+. The multi check-in that is utilized ensures that our child is protected. We are kept informed of any problems that may have occurred and the solutions that have been put in place.When we first enrolled our child we were told how the preschool classes are divided and the method of mixing classes if it became necessary. There is a good student/teacher ratio that provides for ideal group instruction as well as lending time for one on one care and interaction. The school provides stimulating activities that make my child think and stay engaged. Social and emotional matters are also addressed to aid in positive development.We are given a day overview letting us know what the objectives were for that day. We receive pictures of our child participating in the days activities.We get a report on what my child has had for breakfast, lunch and snacks. We really enjoy having the menu for the week.My child has learned rules and regulations and has had opportunities to learn through play.We are so pleased with Primrose. When we drop son off in the mornings, we can rest assured that he is well cared for.

Primrose West Allen is a wonderful place! We love the caring and welcoming staff, the clean facility and all the fun events the school organizes for the kids all year around. Our son has been going to primrose for 2 years now and he is having a great time at the school!

Hands down the best school in Allen! We have been so impressed with the loving staff and facilities. Our son adores his teachers and friends and honestly loves school after we made the move a year ago! You can't put your little ones in better care, highly recommend!!

We started with Primrose in 2020 during Covid. They did a great job implementing Covid protocols that helped us feel that our daughters were safe. Primrose provides a loving environment that fosters learning and fun. We couldn’t have made a better choice!

Primrose West Allen has been such a wonderful school for my family. My daughter learns so much; everyday she comes home singing a new song or demonstrating some new coordination skill learned from their guided outdoor play or dance parties. Not only is the curriculum excellent, the teachers are truly amazing. My daughter’s class has had almost no teacher turnover in the last 12 months, allowing my daughter to build strong bonds with her trusted teachers. Nothing is more reassuring than handing you baby over to her classroom teacher and seeing her light up with excitement to see her teacher. Like any over protective mom, I like to hover outside the classrooms door to watch her settle in, and I am always so happy with the attention and warmth her teachers show her every day. I am so thankful we found Primrose West Allen.

My daughter attended Primrose West Allen for 2 years and I am so glad that she did. This school is AMAZING! From the owners, to the staff, to the facilities, everything is fantastic! The school is great at making a safe, loving and caring environment for the children, is fantastic at involving parents with lots of activities throughout the year, the grounds are well looked after, with good quality equipment for the children to use, the staff are amazing at building nurturing and individual relationships with each child and the leadership team are always present and quick to respond to queries. I’m so glad I enrolled my child here, she has flourished at Primrose, and we will miss the school and staff very much!

My infant absolutely loves primrose! Her teachers Mrs Martha and Ms Lynette feel like family and we haven’t been there that long. The thing that really sets this daycare apart from the other daycares we toured is the family first approach. They really care about your child like their own.

We loved this school before but after Covid and the fantastic way the owners, Shannan and Andrew, handled that chaotic year, we are even bigger fans. They have closely monitored, researched, followed and mandated all CDC recommendations and worked very hard on a plan that worked for the parents who wanted to keep their kids home for awhile, etc. Highly recommend this school, your kids will be safe here! AND learn a lot.

Great school! Great community! They have managed to keep my child enrolled in school through the entire pandemic, with no major outbreaks of CoVid or the FLU. Whatever they are doing works great. They communicate effectively and timely and always meet my needs as they arise.

West Allen Primrose has been an extension to our family from the very start. Since starting in 2018 (when our oldest child was 10 months old) we knew it was the right fit. They were very transparent on how my child's day went and never seemed bothered with the 20 questions I had at the end of the day during pick up. Based on the energy and amount of smiles on all the staff members, you can tell everyone truly love working there. On a development standpoint, we are amazed at what the kids learn at such an early age and through the curriculum they use to teach. It seems like everyday our oldest (now 3 years old) is coming home with something new. Two weeks ago he was educating us on what a meteorologist does! On a personal level primrose has always gone out of their way to help their families. When I had a health scare and had to go for treatment in Houston, the director of primrose personally called to follow up on our family and see how they could be of help, when a close family member passed away all the teachers sent a personalize sympathy card. They truly care about their families. Thank you Primrose of West Allen!!

Our children have attended Primrose West Allen since 2017 and we are so thrilled we chose them. From the ownership to the administration to the teachers, this school does an excellent job of communicating and supporting our children and they are extremely devoted to everyone there. We would HIGHLY recommend any families considering a local daycare or pre-school to pay them a visit.

Primrose West Allen has been a perfect choice for our family. Our son has thrived there. We couldn’t be happier with the curriculum, the quality of the teachers, the leadership staff, and the owners. Everyone is so kind, and they foster an environment of acceptance, patience, and diversity. We are amazed every day with how much our little man is learning, and how much we see him coming out of his shell.
