This location has improved over the past year or so. The food is usually good and the service is somewhat better than it used to be. Chicken prices are still too high IMO, but their daily or seasonal specials are good values. The Shrimp tackle box is good - better fried shrimp than most restaurants. The spicy fried chicken, including the crispy spicy chicken sandwich, is usually good. Fries have been barely warm and not crispy on my last two visits. They definitely need better customer service training. If they had employees that seemed to care a little more and that made a little more effort, it good be much better.

They close the inside of the store a hour before they actually close. My vehicle does not fit through the drive-through so I can never order food.

Better check your food before you drive off this place!!! They are notorious for not putting everything you ordered inside your bag. I blame whoever the supervisor is because there's no accountability and they will not answer the phone. I'm going to start recording my orders and unboxing going forward to show Popeyes corporate office what's going on here in this nice area. They are the only ones that dnt do their jobs and that has to start from the top.

The store supposed to be open at 10am. I came at 10:10am wait at drive through with no answer so I tried to get in to front door, someone inside saw me trying to get in but keep ignoring me. I waited outside for over 5 minutes, used my phone to call, knock on door but they acted like I don’t exist. Bad customer service

It called and they told me to bring it back with the receipt I was polite when I brought it back. The manager the lady with the drawn on eyebrows and thinning hair tried to refund me just for the raw chicken not knowing I just fed my two kids a two year old including this and she laughed and refunded me 3.78 when I spent 30+ dollars. My kids could possibly be sick I could be possibly sick and you’re laughing about it. I reporting this to the food inspectors and corporate absolutely not. You mean to tell me you rather not refund 30 dollars but risk being fire the shift fired an a lawsuit. I’ll never I have my receipt pictures and witness so if my family get sick I will be seeking an Attorney. And the roach didn’t even apologize.

Forgot our extra side of mashed potatoes that we paid for. Wings were the wrong flavor. Missing sauces that we ordered. Cold fries.

I went thur drive thur due to did a moble order. Notifying I was there, I picked up my order. When I got to my room to eat. I notice no silverware to eat the beans and rice with or any napkins. Check your entire bag before leaving the drive - thus, on any order with this place. The cashier he could only due one thing at a time.

There is no machine in store to redeem rewards a for the app. Picked up my order but had to drive all the way back because there was no surf with my turf combo. Checked my food again before I pulled off and missing the biscuit. No apologies for the mistakes or inconvenience. A good way into the meal I pull a long hair from the breading of a shrimp ? hair nets and caps/visors should be required from now on
