Three stars because I have no issue with the branch. While trying to reset my password on the app, I was prompted to call customer service. PNC makes this process easy; go through simple prompts, and there was an agent on the line within 3 minutes. Delightful! However, the agent was rude and unresponsive. There was dead air when I asked questions. She finally tells me that I have to go into the branch to resolve my issue. Naturally, I asked why; she repeated, "You have to go into the branch." I asked her in various way WHY, and I was very courteous. After asking for the fourth or fifth time, she said, "I can't tell you. You have to go into the branch." She mumbled something that resembled "bye" and disconnted. I then tried using my PC for the password issue. I was able to do a password reset without a problem; there were no messages or alerts on my accout. What has happened to customer service?!

They cannot deal with customers when they actually need service but insist on calling when account goes negative for the first time in years of service with this bank.

I came to this bank to set up estate accounts for my recently departed parents. I spoke with Jay Bowen, and he helped me take care of everything. He was professional, and sincere in how he worked with me and worked hard to make it an easy process. Jay was wonderful to work with and I would recommend this location to anyone. I had recently gone to the Irving location and they did not know what they were doing. Jay made it a very smooth process. I went here with my wife to get a joint account opened, I really liked howPNC employees helped us with their friendly nature and answered my every question. Our work was done in no time. We also got good offers on credit card and they also gave us some goodies ?

We love banking at PNC. Everyone at this branch has been extremely helpful and kind to us. They have gone out of their way to help us with any issue. And I love the virtual teller option!

Went to take out cash from new accts switched from Bbva. Was told I had to use some video teller. Then waited for 5 min watching a screen. Asked how long is the wait for these video tellers. Response was if it's taking long its because they're on lunch. Lol. I'll be taking my $ somewhere else.

Very long wait at an annoying video teller. About 10 minutes wasted today. It should state online that this is not a full service location. 4 bankers standing around and chatting. And they cannot help me anyways.

Stay away, they just want to charge you money with all kinds of fees. Make a payment over the phone has to pay additional fee. Unbelievable.
