If you get your Spravato filled here, this review may be useful to you.I was overcharged $150 in the span of 3 weeks for a specialty prescription I had manufacturer coupons for.When I had called Pillmart to dispute the charges, the MANAGER insisted the amount I owed was after the manufacturer coupon was applied, and that’s just how things are.I ended up calling the manufacturer of my prescription, and they were confused why I was being charged so much. On their side of things they could clearly see how much money I was supposed to pay. We ended up conference calling PillMart, and PillMart agreed to refund me the money I overpaid.I would have expected the manager/owner to be more educated in interpreting pharmacy benefits. Makes me wonder if they overcharged me on purpose or if they really don’t know how to interpret benefit plans. And makes me wonder how many other patients are being overcharged.

Absolutely love this pharmacy! They truly go above and beyond for their customers. I love that they deliver straight to your doorstep. Not to mention when a prescription isn’t covered under your insurance plan, they will do everything possible to get the price reduced on your behalf.

It’s fine as long as there isn’t an issue. I’ve had to call in about my prescriptions a few times. I’ve been using them for about 9 months now. When the medicine is regular and you need refills everything runs smoothly. However when I have to call in I am appalled by the people who pick up.The first time I spoke to a man. He didn’t know anything so he transferred me to Mona. That day she had to apologize to me for my experience not only with the man but because she’s rude. Extremely rude.The last time I called in was because I got their voicemail. I called back I explained I was calling back. She says that she’s the tech and that I should talk to someone else. I say ok. She says “I’m not being rude. I just have to get the order ready in the next 5 minutes. “ I was calling to get my order delivered tomorrow so I wanted to let her know there was piece of my prescription. (The one I’ve been getting for 9 months) that never arrives to the point where my doctor has to put it on the prescription. She blows me off and tells me to go talk to someone else. I pause. I was quiet because I was surprised to be treated so carelessly. Yet again after we have had to talk to her about how rude she is. So I talk to the other person. Mid way of me talking to the other person the girl gets the phone taken away from her by Mona to come and interrupt our conversation. Yelling that my order wouldn’t be arriving tomorrow. This was after the girl had ran my card without my permission. I was asking how much it was and she just charged it.The experience at the pharmacy isn’t a bad one as long as you don’t have to talk to Mona. Unfortunately she doesn’t have a way to regulate her own work stress and takes it out on customers who call in. I wouldn’t have left a review but she was rude and then I got charged and didn’t receive my pills the next day even though the girl on the phone said I would. It’s sad that being nice is too hard for her when she’s supposed to be a leader.

I have been using Pillmart now for almost a year. I was fed up with the terrible service CVS was providing. Pillmart was recommended by a doctor of mine and I couldn’t be happier with the service and staff. I also like to support local businesses and find that “Mom and Pop” pharmacies provide better overall service.I use the free delivery service too since I live 25 minutes from the pharmacy. Mona sends my refillable prescriptions without me having to ask or call. It’s a task I am happy to cross off the “To Do” list.
