“I recently brought my Boxer in a couple of times for chronic allergy issues. My dog is also a biter and nervous with new people. The staff and vet were all very accommodating to my dogs issues. There was no pressure and minimal hands-on with the dog. The veterinarian was able to assess her issues, address them, and get us on to the road of recovery. The cost was also a bonus! “JULIA and the WHOLE staff are the example of customer service! It’s obvious this store loves their job and has passion behind their work.
I called earlier in the day and spoke with (who at the time I did not know was the store manager) Julia, who was able to answer all questions I had for my sweet senior dog.
Later in the afternoon I come into the store to be greeted and asked how I’m able to be assisted and provided all the benefits to what ever could work best to support my senior girls comfort.
I later see Julia and she walks me around the store to show me all the options, all of the pros/cons and allowed me to weigh my options.
I was assisted from start to finish. There’s not a single thing I would change.
Julia is an example of how to run a good business.
Customer service, leads by example and her store shows a culture of kindness, friendliness, passion, driving results and a willingness to help customers.
As a manager of a large company myself, I am extremely impressed and find that Julia should be the trainer for all locations and how she fosters the same care and compassion to the animals that walk in her business and how evident it is her team follows her leadership style.
