Instead, the employees looked at my paint for me and explained that it had only separated and was not bad. They not only mixed the can for me and put on a new lid, but they sacrificed revenue for doing what was best for the customer. I really appreciate it and will be using this store moving forward!”

“The first time I have been in this store. A trip to Elliot's is always a great experience. This is a very clean store with lots of friendly folks to help you. They really know their business. Selection is really good, with the "right stuff" for a hardware store. This store is outstanding for grilling and smokers. This is a good place to look for student school project items. They have drawers full of misc parts that a project might need. There is a limited stock of bagged garden soils, etc. They have the most extensive selection of canned spray paint colors I have seen in quite a while.”

"Help me, he did, from beginning to end"I was looking for the Grub worm pesticide. He did the research on their inventory and gave me 3 options. True customer service at work and he was my cashier too. Made my purchase and came home happy that I stopped at ACE!”

“I had a gallon of paint mixed that another store ultimately mis-matched. I took what little dried-up bit of the original I had left that was from my builder and the gallon that was wrong. These guys were so awesome and friendly. They said all SW employees should have helped to guide me better and continued to educate me on the process. They salvaged my dried up paint and matched it perfectly to a new gallon at no cost to me. I cannot tell you how much stress was lifted so I can continue to do my own paint touch-up and not have weird spots of white on my walls! Thank you Ave K Sherwin-Williams!!”

“I wanted to take a minute to recognize the incredible team at the Sherwin-Williams Frisco Store. Thomas and his team went above and beyond to color match a custom stain color I have trying to find for the last 2 years. I have visited a number of other Paint stores closer to me, even though the websites claim they would color match a stain the employees nearly laughed me out of the store when I asked for a color match.If I had walked into the Frisco store Thomas could have turned me away and I would have just assumed that you didn’t offer the service and it would have been less work for him. Thomas and his guys were more than happy to work with me to get the perfect color. This was the first stain project I had attempted and they were incredibly helpful when suggesting the right tools for the job. Although I live about an hour from this location I won’t hesitate to drive to the Frisco location so long as this crew works there. The job is still a work in progress but it is turning out better than I expected and I couldn’t have done it without their help!”

“I feel bad that it seems several other customers have had such a bad experience but so far, I've been very pleased with the gentleman I've worked with. My only complains are that they close at 4pm! The other issue is they don't have sample size paint containers. I know you mainly work with contractors so the hours and sample size paint probably isn't an issue for those folks, but in order to serve everyone better, I do think closing even just an hour later and selling sample size paint would really help. Juat my two cents.”
