7-8-2023 - This location offers the TSA pre check enrollment. Appointment sign up online. When we arrived there was one person working in the TSA area and he had zero personality, which by itself would be okay but he was also not forthcoming with the assistance and gave the vibe that we were an inconvenience to his day. It was basically figure out the tablet machine on your own. But we stumbled through and finished. We had our TSA approvals within 48 hours and it worked perfectly on our trip.

The young lady Jeneica who helped me with my TSA Pre-Check was very friendly and informative however, she was the only one available to handle all of the other customers waiting for their appointments. This led to there being a long wait and, while other impatient customers gave her a difficult time, she was professional in setting expectations on the process of helping each customer who had a prior appointment. I enjoy the service here but it would be nice to see one or two more associates to help during busier hours.

Awful, awful service! Both times I have dropped off packages to ship out, employees are sitting in a corner, acting beyond annoyed they have to get up and actually get behind the counter to accept package. Dropped off two packages, they DID NOT SCAN AND PACKAGE SHOWS NO TRACKING!! Called to speak to someone, they couldn't be bothered, didn't care at all. NEVER AGAIN. Horrible service and unable to track my item!

We signed up to get the TSA PreCheck designation to make going through airport security faster. There were multiple places to choose from to go in to the interview portion of the process. I selected this Allen location to set up the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and signed in at the desk set up for that purpose. We were immediately called back. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted. The entire process for both of us was less than 5 minutes! Shari was very professional and proficient. In fact we noticed we were back in the car to leave at 11:30 - our appointment time!

I have used Optimalship Center about 10 times in the last year.They are so nice and friendly. I would much rather use them than the Post Office. Their customer service is amazing!!

Had used this place for shipping for over 3 years. Dealt with lots of incompetence over time. Supposed to be open at 8 am on week days. Employee who opens door arrives no earlier than 8:15. One day when employee was upset that she had to work, explained that now I have to pay for wrapping paper. An entire role goes for $15 on Amazon. They get discounted shipping and up charge for their service. I was explained wrapping paper was FREE by multiple employees. I will not return unless they find better help.

Went here for the first time for my TSA pre check and I did have an appointment as they do allow walk ins but appointments go first. I was greeted right away and was shown where to go for the check in process. I had an appointment at 9:20Am but got there early and was seen right away! They do lots of different things other then TSA pre check as well. The store was very clean and organized. I would definitely recommend this place for any shipping or TSA pre check needs.

I normally use the services here for my business. I will no longer be a customer due to their ridiculous mask requirement. It is not a law and there is no "mandate". I would suggest for anyone who actually follows the facts and science to go elsewhere. Mr Parcel is a much better choice.

Optimal Ship offers several services including mailing letters and packages though DHL, Fed ex and USPS. You can also drop off UPS packages. TSA precheck is available. There is a notary. Bulk mailing is available. Boxes and shipping supplies are available. There is shredding service. There are postal boxes.
