There are some good prices and sales to be had. But first you must get past the rude gate keeper behind the counter. Not worth going back to be treated like trash. AutoZone had very nice employees.

Love Napa! Been buying parts from them for over 30 Years. This location in Allen is only about a year old but very convenant. They are nevber to busy to help and the store is very well stocked and has lots to choose from plus a fantastic selection of tools and equipment.

Stopped by the Allen,TX location. Needed to get lug nuts to fit my daughters Jeep Wrangler. Purchased a set and was told by the mechanic they would not work. Not a big deal. Sent my daughter in to return the lug nuts. Waited too long and went in to see what was happening. Apparently the store manager was explaining to her why they would work and that the mechanic didn't know what he was doing. Not an opinion that was asked for or even necessary. Let him know we just wanted our money back. Could see where he was obviously frustrated and said "if they don't fit perfectly these stupid mechanics don't want to work with them. They make things harder than they have to be." I think I want the lug nuts on my 16 y/o daughters Jeep to fit perfectly. This was a terrible experience and we won't be back. So much better experience down the street at O'Riely.

Unhappy experience. Needed new gas cap for a 2005 Jeep. Showed the guy a picture of the one on my wife's Jeep, he said the original one that came with the jeep, was the wrong one. He knew because of his 35 years experience. Sold me the replacement that he recommended, did not seal at all and tripped the check engine light. Returned it, and gave them a second chance on a Esim module for same vehicle. Sold me the wrong part again, not even close to the correct one. Had to get it from rockauto.com, got it two days later and fit perfectly. I will not give them a third chance. I'm done. The white one is the one they sold me, the black one is the correct one.
