one star for in store customer service. The curbside service and experience is five stars. This review is to alert others that this particular Walmart does not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt even for items that are returnable/exchangeable per Walmart's published policy. Items such as food, clothes, and toys. This store's manager has used their discretion to not allow returns/exchanges without a receipt. I told an elderly woman that other Walmart's will honor their published policy and the associate behind the counter attacked me verbally for "telling her how to do her job." Even though I never addressed the associate and I know that it's not her fault, she's just following her manager's misguided discretion. One star for deviating from Walmart's return policy and not alerting customers to this change so they can make sure to hold on to their receipts and one star for associates feeling like they can attack their customers whenever they take things personally that have nothing to do with them.

On December 24, 2023 I was walking back to my car on the parking lot. It was about 11:30 A M. When I stepped onto the sidewalk, Somehow I slipped and fell face down onto the rocks that line the sidewalk. I broke my nose and 5 ribs. I spent 4 days in Dallas Medical center. The pain is still terrific. I couldn't get an answer by phone; so I wrote a letter letting them know what happened; and asked if they had a camera on that area. No one has responded to my letter yet.

The last time I returned something without a receipt, they gave me a gift card. I tried to use it in self checkout but it didn't work so I just used my regular card (I had to run to work, thereafter). I assumed it was that particular machine. The next week, I tried to use the gift card but it still wouldn't work. When I took it to the return place, they said it had 0 dollars in it wand was not activated, so it was worthless. Walmart irritates me so badly, I decided it was finally time to quit going back. I'm done with them.

I was having some issues finding a product that I needed and an employee found me and asked if I needed any assistance. I explained my issue and they told me which aisle it was in and pointed me right towards it. Overall a great location definitely recommend if you need anything.

Well.... I actually had some one check my receipt after using the self check-out. I know this is "new" for people. Costco does it all the time to avoid theft and errors that occur during checkout. I understand that those checkpoints also are not trained on what to look for. It's a process. This fella simply stared at my receipt. I had 4 bags with 16 items. I'd have been ok with him counting the items in the bags! I'd even been ok if he actually did something that resembled something worthwhile. I'm guessing he wanted to see if I was going to go "Karen" on him. This was stupid! He was polite, I was polite. However, he was not sure why he was stopping me. He just stared at my receipt. And I do mean just stared at it. Walmart needs to educate the staff working the entrance and exit. Be consistent!! Check everyone!!!!!!! Everyone behind me was not checked. Go figure. I watched from the exit. They went through the self checkouts as I did. The thief's that raise the cost of products will stop shopping at Walmart, If the checkers would check patrons bags. With a quick count it's done! Also, I was trying to buy several Taylor lettuce products and the stockers, almost knocked me down. They were so rushed to get products on the shelf. No respect for people what so ever. Will I return? Of course! It's Wally World! July 2023

This Walmart location has gone bad. No Water or Milk in stock. Prices keep increasing each week even though Biden says that the economy is better now. Employees don't know what day of the week is better to come to the store to shop when all items are in stock. I don't even bother to come to this store anymore.

I'd give zero stars if I could, however, one is required to leave a review. This review is in regards to the delivery curbside department of Walmart. Also, the customer service phone side of the entire store. My husband and I ordered a delivery of groceries recently. (I've waited to see if they'd respond to our complaint and they have not.) We pay for the W+ delivery which is an annual fee and isn't cheap. On our delivery we selected and confirmed a time of noon-1pm delivery. We received one notification around 2pm that said our delivery was slightly delayed but no worries it would be delivered. By 4pm and no delivery or update in the app (still showed on its way), we attempted to call the store. We called at least 10 different times with no answer. That included calling and using the prompts for every single department in an attempt to just reach someone, anyone. Not a single person answered. There was no way at all to reach the store directly. So, we decided to use the chat option online. That was also less than helpful and only magnified our frustration with the horrible customer service. We spoke to at least 5 different chat representatives, including 2 supervisors, to try and locate our groceries and resolve the issue. By the time we were done with this online chat it was nearly 11pm!!! Our groceries were still not delivered and the app still showed it on its way. Come to find out - the order had been lost in the system and it was NEVER going to be delivered in the first place! Obviously, there was a lot of communication that I can't detail here but basically they tried to pacify us with a $10 off coupon. We also had to cancel and reorder everything. The hassle, the lack of service and care, and the inability to reach anyone at the store was exhausting. The chat supervisor also tried to call the store directly and no one answered, ever. One supervisor lied to us and said he refunded us and that we'd also receive the delivery of groceries for free due to our hassle. In reality, he did refund the original order but he never resent the order. So we sat waiting for that order also. We emailed corporate and guess what, no response other than an automated response. It shows their lack of service starts from the top and continues ALLLL the way down to the delivery service. Walmart - act like you care because HEB is opening soon and they'll receive all our business.

I waited two hours for 22 items worth of grocery to pick up. I ordered these groceries at 1PM and scheduled for pick up at 7. The manager was nice about it and apologized but I WILL NOT BE back.

DO NOT order delivered groceries from this Walmart. I have always had issues with Every order. Every one is delayed. I just had some lady who doesn't speak English call me 4 hours after delivery time and tell me my order is canceled. I called every department at this wal mart and no one answered. Does anyone work there? I finally got a call from someone who said Quami the team lead isn't working, and they could get it to me the next day and couldn't give a time. If you ever need any assistance from this Walmart you're screwed. Good luck!

This store used to always look clean and nice and the last few times it's been a total disaster. Clothes everywhere, left in carts, boxes blocking the pajamas section.. a total chaos.

Wait in line and have to argue with the only register open. She insists she's closed. I tell her okay well I have wic. Apparently she hasn't rung up her own order multiple times only to find out it won't work because wic only works at the register. I tell her to call her manager if she has an issue. The woman behind me also had a self check out issue and she had an issue with the two of us. I'm Hispanic, other lady also of color, doesn't mention anything to the white people in line. Actually apologizes to them. I lose the receipt in my diaper bag and then get stopped for a random check because Walmart is now the new Costco and suddenly they check. Yup I'll be going to other grocery chains now instead. If I want to pick up a job as a cashier I'll come back here. Lame.

Pickup is always 20 plus minutes even when no other cars are waiting. Plano is managed so much better. Order to your car and driving away within five minutes.

7/30/22. The scan guns were all broken and wrapped in a plastic bag. When we finished paying before we could grab our receipt and put in the star review from our experience today, I usually put 5 stars. The check-out guy jumped in right behind me and pressed 5 stars and then he walked away. I tried to ask him what just happened, but he ignored me and told the next customer to go to where I was standing and start checking out. It should have been a 1 star since I had big bins and the scan gun didn't work. That was unprofessional and rude. Update 8/1/22. Management called and asked for the employee's name. Came back to Walmart today and he wasn't wearing a name tag. While we were exiting we saw the same employee start an argument with a customer. He barged in between the family checking out and wouldn't give them space. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Seems like a reoccurring behavior for this employee. The video clip has been uploaded to Yelp. 1) Customer service training. Be polite, do not yell at customers, personal space, please and thank you, may I help you. 2) Have a manager on the floor to prevent these types of escalations and teach de-escalation. 3) Called Hilmer at (972) 649-0356 and got an associate instead. She said she can't help without the employee's name (added his picture to this update). 4) Ask the employee to wear a name tag. 5) Please discuss strategies in preventing these bad customer service experiences. Update 8/2/22 The Assistant Store Manager from Allen (Satish) reached out and we spoke. He affirmed that the actions were inappropriate and that further training will take place. He reassured me that this would not happen again from this employee. Super helpful and happy to hear that we can learn and move forward from these incidents. Thank you very much, Mr. Satish!

This store should get zero stars. I generally don't have high expectations for any Walmart. However, this store is worse than even my lowest Walmart standards. No one ever answers the phone at this store..... in any department. Normally I would not care. Again, low expectations. This is the first time in my life that I have had a need to speak to a manager at Walmart and it is apparently not possible. I assume this is either by design or maybe no one is managing this store? They need a visit from corporate headquarters. At a minimum, it should be possible to reach a live person by phone at the store at some point during the day. If you call multiple times through out the day and no one ever answers any phone in any department, there is a management problem. If no one answers any phones and there is no voicemail, why do they have a store department phone menu? Perhaps this is what happens when big companies think they can replace people with machines.

If i could, I would give you ziro star, never ever go to pick up your orders from there, I ordered online to go and pick up my groceries from Allen , I was waiting in parking for 25 minutes called for help , They put me on hold for 10 more minutes and didn't help at all to solve my problem, If you don't know how to help people don't answer the phone , after 45 minutes I went inside to ask where should i go , Finally i could find the place to pick up my orders, Why Walmart is changing pick up area without any information for customers to know , There is no sign to pick up at all, Don't order online to pick up from Allen never ever
