I had an excellent experience at Metro by T-Mobile! Shariq and Brandon were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Shariq was very funny and incredibly patient in explaining the options and ensured the process of upgrading my phone was smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that genuinely cares about their customers. Kudos to Shariq and Brandon for their hard work and outstanding service! Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great products and even better customer service.

Great customer service at this store. The manager Faroqi and the associate Avib are knowledgeable, great communication skills and extremely helpful! I walked in with a couple phone issues and left with each problem solved. Thanks for making my day guys!!

Came to this store even though i dont live in the same city and I am glad I did, Faroqi and Zayan were very friendly and helped me out with exactly what i needed and even got me a discount, so much more helpful than my local metro pcs store, definetely will come back
