“The BEST customer service in town, I walked in 5 minutes before close to return my tuxedo and pick another up for a wedding in two weeks. Teresa stayed late to make sure I could return my items and my suit for the following weekend fit perfectly. Highly recommend for all your fine dressing needs!”
“Shoutout to Chris A. for helping us out and being so accommodating. I’m sure he deals with people coming in often thinking the store closes at 9pm, when in fact the whole mall actually closes at 8pm. Hopefully they can get this fixed on googled. We arrived right at 8pm thinking we had an hour to shop. We definitely don’t show up at closing like this, so it was really rad he gave us a few minutes to shop while others checked out. We truly appreciate it!”
“quick review.It a 3 star but the dude there was like "LOVE YOUR MISS MAY I SHIRT" so i bumped it up to 4.walked in and barely heard anyone say anything. Obviously kids in there so i get it but geez, has the quality of working at a shop gone down? I grew up with zumiez and it was never like this. at least that dude greeted me and asked me if i needed help. shout out to that dude.but as far as clothing, holy H, everything is overpriced. even in 2015, hoodies were 50 at the most. most is 30-40. now, they are way over 50. like wow! shirts are normal priced given the inflation but geez everything is overpriced. most the selection is a variety and different things but as far as old school brands, the clothing isnt the same. the actual styles and designs are newer so if you are a late 20s like me, you might not like the designs. this is for mid/early 20s, late/mid/early teens fashions.the cool thing is the variety of stuff. they are definitely still like the old school zumiez i grew up. so that for sure is worth it.i would suggest this shop for everyone looking to get their child some apparel that dresses like most kids nowadays.”

“Nautica has been my favorite place for shirts, windbreakers and jackets and lots more, ever since I can remember. Good quality, perfect cut, variety of colors, dress and casual.Wish they were everywhere, I have to visit larger cities with outlet malls to find them. Or online, but I haven't had good outcome with this service, so I shop in store.”
“I recently visited Macy's Backstage and was blown away by the amount of discount merchandise available. The store is a bargain hunter's paradise, with a wide variety of products at deeply discounted prices. From clothing to home decor, there was something for everyone at Macy's Backstage. The quality of the products was also impressive, with many brand name items available at a fraction of the retail price. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized and easy to navigate. Overall, I give Macy's Backstage a 5-star review for its impressive selection of discounted merchandise and excellent customer service. “Going here at 1pm on a Sunday probably not my best decision, parking is a. nightmare. I was here for a return for something I bought online. Store was crowded but the second I walked in i6 was spotted and asked how I could be helped. The process was super smooth even in the chaos of a Sunday shopping day and it was fine and I was satisfied. I only wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me, likey the manager, she was fantastic.”

“I’ve been shopping with uptown since they were at the old location. Experience is always pleasant, selection is vast. Usually very organized at times can get a little crowded and difficult to shop with racks full, smaller store with a lot of inventory so not bad. Prices are decent, at times a bit high for resale but that’s a trend since second hand became the next trend. My only complaint is their offer can be low, if the buyer is seasoned and knows labels etc than your offer is reasonable otherwise I’ve had some poor offers and even worse had them “forget” to return all of my things. I’ll keep coming back, not always to sell though.”
“While the corporate return location is a wreck, I was fortunate enough to have this location nearby and being run by a witty manager. We were able to find me a comparable pair of jeans that I absolutely love…she just single-handedly saved a life long customer from being gone for good.”
