Terry and Kenji were very professional and accommodating with the purchase. I like that the adjustable base has a 3 year warranty and the mattress has a 120 day return if not pleased with it. I don't foresee any issues, but good to have that piece of mind and security. Thanks.

Your sales representative, Mike, was very patient as we looked and tried the many samples on the floor. I did not feel any pressure on his parts. All my questions and concerns were answered. And most importantly, my bed will be delivered in 2 days!
