Today around 3:40 I was with my family shopping for a dress there was a lady at the checkout really nice and then another lady which is an employee their comes close to her and starts talking bad about us to her and she gives us looks and points at us never coming back to this store I felt like it was racism

I shop here often, there's an older gentleman that is so pushy on offering Macy's credit card. Its annoying. He even gets an attitude if you decline to sign up, I have noticed that several times. Such an awful experience. If a customer says no for the first time, respect that and move on, not everyone is interested in getting a credit card.

Will never shop macys as a company. Gift receipts do not matter when you just want to exchange something. Should have just went in without a receipt. It's ridiculous how there policy has changed to 30 days when you might not even see the person until February.

For jeans and shirts you will find normal ones but for shoes you can shop here there will be many styles coming in and pretty cheap too.

I recently visited Macy's Backstage and was blown away by the amount of discount merchandise available. The store is a bargain hunter's paradise, with a wide variety of products at deeply discounted prices. From clothing to home decor, there was something for everyone at Macy's Backstage. The quality of the products was also impressive, with many brand name items available at a fraction of the retail price. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized and easy to navigate. Overall, I give Macy's Backstage a 5-star review for its impressive selection of discounted merchandise and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this store for my future shopping needs
