Wish I grabbed the name of the woman that helped me today...she had glasses if that helps :). She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I HATE clothes shopping with a passion and she made it painless for me and I love what she helped me pick out. Thank you!

This store is really awesome! One of the store employees who I believe is named Layne helped us so much when searching for jeans! He tirelessly looked for upwards of 10 sets of jeans and was happy to do it. Thank you so much Layne for all your hard work and making our purchase feel special.

The worst-case customer service experience by Lashonda, an African American representative at store on Sunday Feb 12 23 around 3pm. Stay away from the store when she is working.Wanted to exchange a sweater i bought a week ago alone for my son. Had the receipt. Upon denial Showed the fine print on the receipt saying exchangeable or refunded, with a receipt no mentioned of any tags. Kept turning her back when speaking, just wont do the exchange. Demanded the tag, the receipt fine print said otherwise.Total disappointment for a repeat customer over 8 years. Never shopping here again.

I'm shocked at how rude the associate was! I flipped the stack of shirts around to go through sizes.... I do this so that I DONT mess up the neatly stacked pile... and I swear she was going to lose it. She was so rude to me for moving the stack! She came over, and started moving it back AS I was looking and said "ugh- just- what are you looking for"Come to find out, she treated my husband the same way when he was looking through clothes.She clearly hates her job and her customers.

This is a great location with a large selection. If you want a great deal on some western clothes you should check this place out! My wife also loves their styles and they have all been pretty durable.
