Short and sweet -- apathetic and pathetic customer service. Floor sales people act like you're disturbing them when you approach them for help. Today was my last time at Lowes Allen. Instead - i'll go to the Lowes on 121. Much, much better help. Friendly service with better attitudes.

Lowe’s has horrible customer service. I bought a KitchenAid microwave from them 10 months ago. I registered the warranty. The more crowbar keypad has stop working. I called KitchenAid. They said it was under warranty and that they were sending an email to the Lowe’s in Allen, TX, where I bought it so I could get a replacement. They told me Lowe’s would call me within a couple weeks. Lowe’s never called. After 6 weeks I called KitchenAid. They said they emailed a specific person at Lowe’s (I am not listing the Lowe’s employees name here out of courtesy). KitchenAid emailed that person on October 18th.Lowe’s manager just told me that they never got the email from KitchenAid. I know this isn’t true because KitchenAid gave me the employee name and email date.Basically, Lowe’s just dumped it back on me to resolve.I have never had a good experience at Lowe’s. They are overpriced and there aren’t ever any employees in the different departments to help you.I should have never bought the microwave at Lowe’s. Lesson learned. I won’t be shopping Lowe’s ever again and I will make sure my associates are made aware of my experience so they don’t get burned by Lowe’s either.

I just left Lowe’s Allen on McDermott after having a very disappointing interaction. My AC at home went out and tech won’t be able to make it out till Monday. So I decided to visit my local Lowe’s to buy an window ac I found on their website for $229 to hold my family over until I get ac repaired. They showed to have 15 in stock. I did not find in the aisle. The young lady that I asked for help was no help at all. She said they are somewhere she just doesn’t know where and was quickly trying to send me to another store no where near my home. I asked for an accommodation on one of the units they did have on shelf. She asked her manager Andreas, he promptly said No and that he wasn’t going to discount? Her words not mine. Ok I literally only need for 2 days and that was the one that made the best fiscal sense one and was the right size for my needs? I asked if they could look for the 15 and she said no. I asked to speak to Andreas and she said he’s busy? WTH? I shop here because of the service they give Veterans. I literally remodeled my whole house here over the last couple years. Super disappointing in this experience. So off I go to Home Depot, which I don’t shop at ever. Might start now since they also started giving Veterans discounts too.

Went in, bought a faucet. Opened faucet in the car to make sure I had all necessary parts, discovered spout was damaged. Turned around to exchange it for a non-damaged one. LOWES DOESN’T EXCHANGE. They said “policy” doesn’t allow for exchanges. They would have to refund the purchase and I would have to pay—again. Same exact product. With 15 minutes. Nope. Here’s the kicker—the debit card refund takes 3 business days. So I am supposed to pay $85 TWICE for a broken product?I don’t care what policy is. I want to go home and fix the sink that is broken. I would have more patience if it had been even the next day, but it was 15 (FIFTEEN) minutes. The product was damaged. Just make it right.Nope.At least when I am abused at Wal-Mart, I expect it. I choose where I shop. I choose not to go to Lowe’s. The end of a 25-year relationship. I guess I’ll spend my money at Elliotts. At least when they overcharge me, I get CUSTOMER service.

Disappointed with my experience. Order a refrigerator online but the fridge was not delivered. Went into store to see if they could help. Initially they could and was able to reschedule the appointment however when we received the fridge a week later it was damaged. Notified the store of the issue and they told me I had to call the delivery company to deal with the damages. I do appreciate the store providing a credit for the original missed delivery but how come they can not directly handle the the damaged fridge. Now 3 weeks later and still have a damaged fridge at my home .

I’m so disappointed with Lowe’s today and hope it’s this particular location. I haven’t had this issue before. I went to return materials that I bought and it’s more than 90 days old but unpacked. They refused to give credit back on my credit card and gave me store credit. In past 20 years I never had issue they always gave credit back on card or even sometime got cash. Manager or whoever was there was very rude and not at all cooperative. I have been seeing this across many other businesses they are now getting greedy and less customer friendly. Sorry Lowe’s you lost 16 years loyal customer. Hope some upper management read this and give better training on customer service.

Almost the same as the other Lowe's home improvement stores; however, the lack of help in Allen store is seriously pervasive. That would be 4-stars, then at the self checkout point the employee is told me "you are full of it" when I asked for his help. I wonder why would anyone say something like that?

Best Lowe’s in Allen. No one rarely stationed in appliances but when there, very helpful. I had to purchase so many appliances recently from a dryer, dishwasher, and upright freezer. Affordable pricing and sometimes merchandise available for same day pick-up. Recommend this location for convenience as well.

I often shop at this store and they seem to have good deals every now and then. Just keep in mind some employees have major attitudes and are unwilling to assist or even answer simple questions. I guess their management don’t care enough either.. Also bought some sod the other day and the rude lady at the main front desk didn’t even give me the veteran discount.

I was assisted today by Goodluck with my patio furniture purchase. He was very caring in making sure I found not only the correct table and chairs for my new home, but also the correct sales price. Goodluck escorted me to the register to arrange for pickup later this week. Goodluck overhead my military discount and thanked my family for our service. I am grateful for the assistance provided by Goodluck this evening.

No one there to help you even after you hit the Health button several times. You call them on the phone and every single time you connect to the department it disconnects you so when you speak to the manager about it, she says it’s just you nobody else complains about it And was very dismissive. Will not be going there again. Home Depot is right across the street.
