Except for the store manager Elda,staff have no clue about pricing. The price shown on the store display and the actual amount billed are very different. For Standard package nose piercing it says $29.99 but they charged over $48 before tax. The store associate simply charged the card and had no clue on why pricing displayed in the store is different. Similarly in our earlier visits, bill amount is more than what the board says. In short, they expect customers to pay whatever amount they charge at the time of check-out

Elva was the sweetest lady. She helped me pick out all my wedding jewelery and went above and beyond. I am so glad I found this little gem. I brought my friend with me there today and she was just as helpful with her.Such a wide selection and great prices. This place will have my business for life. Elva is amazing!!

Today I had terrible experience with the lady. She is so mean and rude to my friend while my friend about to try the earrings she said if you try you have to purchase and my friend said ready to purchase but let me see once. She started to argue very badly as if we are there to steal and not to purchase. She also called security after arguing we called the other customers who are watching and they said it’s not our fault and they said the store lady is not good to us . The security said we can’t help because it’s her store and we have to leave. Such a shame and waste of time and peace visiting this store, anyone visiting be aware.

I went in to purchase accessories, first time there. I noticed the price on the tag was not the same as my receipt , expensive. I address it with the cashier and she was annoyed and couldn't answer my questions. The employees did not tell me at check out that once you walk out the doors with earrings its nonrefundable. There was no visible sign. She was rude and which led me to return the items and not want to shop there anymore.

The worst ever experience in the store and would recommend everyone to be careful with the LADY. She is so rude with the customer and harassing. I asked for the receipt for my purchase and she is saying I can’t give you now and I can call the security guy if you want to talk anything else. If store in charge is reading this please replace her to save your customers

I went in here today around noon with my two little boys. It was my first time in. My 2 year old dropped his pretzel on accident; picked it up and used a napkin to wipe the floor— good as new. The lady, who had ignored me the entire time I was in the store, called out in the most aggressive and accusatory tone, “Did you just throw crumbs all over my floor?” I looked around kind of shocked and said, “No, I don’t think so…” seeing as I had literally just wiped the floor. She stomped over and said, “Oh really? You sure about that?” And got up in my face. I turned around and left before I said something nasty, but it was the rudest interaction I have had in years. Based on the reviews, she’s this way a lot. Horrible attitude. Amazed this store is in business with an employee like that. No wonder the store was completely empty. Will never return.

Great price, terrible lady. She was being rude and yelling to other guest in the store while also trashing talking them under her breath. Everyone is talking about the same person in these reviews. If she was gone it would be perfect!

Lady in the store is very mean, would never go to this store and highly suggest to avoid this store - as I am surprised to have same experience like other reviews posted about the store representative. Looks like owner doesn’t care for fix the situation or she might be the manager responding to these reviews.

lady was cool until i was trying on a ring to make sure i liked how it looked then she assumed i was gonna steal it and started watching me and following us around the store. not necessary, i could buy the whole store
