Came in at 9:01, because they’re the only store open this early, and I kindly asked the employee who was walking in if he wouldn’t mind if I was the first customer of the day because I was in a hurry. He promptly replied “we are open when the open sign is on.” Rude right? Don’t waste your money here when there are much more customer focused and reasonably priced options. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend anyone reading this does too.

Been going here for years but customer service has declined dramatically. I purchased a vape that I was promised would be supported through constant supply of pods. However its been a month since they had any and when I asked the gentleman working there when they will get more he said “I don’t know man it is what it is” in the rudest way possible. I was promised the caliburn vape would be supported constantly and thats why I purchased it. After 5 years of business, this is how they treat their “loyal customers.” Through terrible customer service. Y’all cant blame it on lack of supply because I went to another vape shop and they had it.
