It's impossible to book a pickleball court! They're always blocked off for Open Play sessions, which run continuously from 7am to 10pm, leaving no availability for individual court bookings. It’s ridiculous!!

Lifetime Allen, Lost and Foud sucks… unfortunately, I lost three water bottles and my glasses and never found them. So watch out for not forgetting your valuable there. Not a good customer service.

I had a very positive experience with Courtney Goeas for my intro to personal trainer session. After getting my baseline inbody stats, she asked about my health goals and challenges. Courtney then devised a health plan to get me started in those directions that included exercises she would coach, and suggestions on nutrition and benefits of other Life Time classes. Courtney also had me do some preliminary workouts where she introduced me to some of the equipment and assessed my current fitness situation. I appreciated Courtney for being careful of areas I had physical therapy (knees, hips). She wrote down and gave me her health plan and suggestions so I could have to refer to, which was very helpful since we covered a lot of information. I strongly recommend Courtney Goeas if you’re looking for an experienced personal trainer who will give you her full attention and expertise.

The club is great. However the men's locker room is full of thieves. I was robbed of my cash from my wallet. The security in this place seems to be compromised. Do not bring your valuables with you at the gym here they will disappear

The front desk staff are incredibly rude in the afternoon. They’re so busy talking to each other and gossiping that they don’t even take the time to greet you as you walk in and say goodbye when you leave. It’s EVERY SINGLE PERSON. There’s one older lady who continues her conversation while scanning my barcode. Doesn’t look up, acknowledge me, nothing. For the price they’re charging??? That’s absolutely unacceptable. Hospitality is -5000/10

Life Time truly embodies its name on all the activities it offers. When you come here and take part of the classes (I strongly recommend the spinning classes and the barbell classes) you really feel the support and energy from the instructors. I’ve been coming for quite sometime and I can truly say that my health has improved considerably and it showed in the last physical I had with my Primary Care Physician- if you put the time and the effort, Life Time and their instructors will change your life.

A top quality in service due to certain staff members. Shout out to Jennifer who works front desk for helping me out with my membership in a very timely matter. She deserves a raise for being super helpful. Great service all around. Excellent gym that has everything you can ask for.

Their guest pass process sucks. They don’t make it easy for someone to just try it out. They want all the details and make them go through to create an online account etc etc. the online account has bugs too because the guest doesn’t have member number so forget password doesn’t work

Just recently joined and everything has been great. I’ve tried a few classes, and I must give a shout out to Ruth. She pushes you, corrects you on your form in her classes and challenges you. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is always clean and stocked.
