Bad & rude customer service
After circling 40 minutes for parking, you go straight up to Levi’s store just to receive cold response or retort to your request/question.

Worst customer service ever! The staff does not wear any badge or lanyards so it was hard to identify who actually works there. And of course the sizes for short people are on the top shelf. So when there’s no one to offer for help and you have to jump up on the shelves like a spider monkey then all of the sudden you get staff coming out of nowhere lol saying they were there offering you to help. Like when and where? One lady, said she had offer to help by saying “hi.” There’s a lot of people there, it’s loud, she never made eye contact or got me confused with someone else. That is not offering help. And I don’t know if you work there or just random stranger being polite cause you have nothing to identify yourself as an employee of Levi. Also “hi” does not mean “how can I help you.” Need better training in customer service!

I was just checking around and wanted to try a couple of pants, a crew member interrupted and was telling me not to pull the pants of the shelf. It was very rude and in my perspective a very bad customer experience at the well reputed store.?? never ever going to this levis store

This store sucks. They labeled their denim trousers with price 24.99$. But after you try it, wait in the line for 20mins, they will tell you there’s no discount (original price in an outlet store, ironically) and you have to pay 3+ x more money. I would rather spend that amount in Polo Ralph Laurens.Don’t know who proposed such stupid idea, bad customer, bad for the brand reputation. Levis should fire their marketing department, all.
