Why am I being billed $700 for simple blood work?? The nurse who drew my blood was very nice…the front desk not so much and she had an attitude.

They are the rudest most disrespectful employees. The old grey hair lady needs another job.

I just want to say thank you to Michele. She is the best phlebotomist in the USA! I have the worst veins and she was able to draw blood on the first poke. Very friendly and professional and the office was clean and well organized. Not sure if this place is under new management but everyone was nice including the lady at the front desk. This will be the only place that I get blood work done moving forward.

My husband and I ordered/made the appointment/paid via LabCorp’s website. We both received the order confirmations, but after we checked in, the helper at the front desk, Nichole, could not find my name and record in their system, even though I have all the information with me, however, she was able to find my husband’s. “You have to call them to find out what’s going on because we do not have your record and there’s nothing we could do” she said. To my surprise, she does not know what number to call so we have to look up online. After a few transfers, which took us about 10-15 minutes but we were able to speak to the service rep, Ashely, who successfully looked up my order within a minute and sent me the PDF so I can forward it to Nichole (I’m not sure why she can’t send it to her directly but it’s not the end of the world).
My question is, there are several self-check-in kiosks in the office, I assumed Nichole’s job is helping the customers, particularly when events like this happen, shouldn’t she be the one calling the billing dept. to find exactly what’s going on, especially since the error is coming from LabCorp? Not only did she not do her job, it seems like she is also lacking in customer service skills and knowledge that she should have known. I’d be better off if the machine can handle it all, at least to save me some aggravation.
Sadly to say, I had far better experience at the DMV than this place. I’ll avoid any Doctors that use LabCorp from now on, particularly at the Allen location.

The location is Clean and organized. Kathy is a star. She was so patient with me and answered all my questions around paperwork.
Such a breath of relief after my nightmare experience at the frisco location.

I wouldn't recommend. Although Phlebotomist was professional, efficient, and polite, the receptionist was not.

Took in Dr.s orders on February 20, 2025 requesting complete Blood Work for yearly physical. Physical was February 25, 2025 and Dr. had no Blood Work report to discuss during yearly physical. Dr. still to this day March 5, 2025 has not received my Blood Work from the Labcorp on Raintree in Allen, TX. I do pray my Blood Work does not need immediate attention or Labcorp will be held accountable for their failure to communicate to the prescribing Dr.

Went to get labs done and they got my blood. They decide to do only half of the requested tests. Now I have to go back to complete the rest. Something is seriously wrong with Labcorp's workflow in general no matter the location. They need a serious overhaul.

I was going to get an appointment for an H pilory test and pick up an stool kid. i changed my mind the front desk lady gave me the worst vibes I just needed a stool kid and some information to make an appointment her responses were kind of rude and told me they were going to lunch in 30 minutos. Passive agresive I would keep away if you're Hispanic to this location in Allen

I reached out after not receiving my blood test results for over a month, and was told my results were lost and received a refund for the test. Regardless, LabCorp has been billing me for $1,229.55 and are now threatening to report me to collections. I was never asked for my insurance information and my results were LOST. I emailed LabCorp about this and haven’t heard back

Has to be the rudest most disrespectful employees. I have to have a lot of lab work regularly but don’t have to be treated as if I am stupid inconvenience. I will be asking my medical team to send my labs to another lab. I have be here 3 times same treatment ever time.
