I have been a Kwik Kar customer for long time and I have been referring people to go to kwik kar for any kind car service to any of kwik's local store. Today, I have treated grossly by Nickolas Colvin at 400 W Mcdermat Dr. Allen TX. He didn't give me a minute to explain myself. He didn't tell me what to do next. He basically kicked me out of the store by force. His colleague ( don't remember his name) felt sorry for me, treated me good and told me what to do next.
It was annual inspection. The car has been inspected in this store the past 3 or 4 years with no issues. Since I work from home I don't drive this car for long hours. Nothing happened since last years inspection. Nickolas told me :
1. headlamps either broken or cracked or discolored.
I asked him is it fixable here at your store? He said, " I don't know, we are not a body repair shop."
2. Blade condition,
I said I am sure you can replace it here for extra charge, will you do it? He said " I am busy"
Then, I drove to autozone and bought headlamp cleaner and change the wiper blade. Went back to the Kwik kar, since he failed the annual inspection, couldn't go to different store. When I got there, lucky enough he wasn't around, I felt relief, the other technicians asked me what is the story, I told him everything and in a matter of 10 minutes everything was done and passed. Now on , I have decided not to return to that store. Wish there was a zero star review just of because of Nickolas Colvin.

Very fast and efficient oil change and inspection at this location. Mechanics communicated the entire process and made recommendations needed for future maintenance. Waiting area and bathroom was very clean and inviting. This my new oil change spot!

Kwik Kar spotted that I had a problem with the sway bar stabilizer bar links. They got the car right in and fixed it!

Avoid this place for state inspections. They failed the inspection and gave an estimate of $1000 for the fixes. I took the vehicle to another place and it passed without any issues! They are trying to scare you and rip you off!!!
