I need to purchase dry ice for my work. Calling ahead would help me to check availability or if they are sold out in tje evening hours. I called repeatedly and no answer at all even after i left the phone ringing for 10 or 15 min. No customer service or they do not give any consideration to customer needs. Lrogets is going downhill but this site on Exchange and Greenville is worst.

I asked the meat rep if he could bring out a few more briskets to look at, and he got very smart with me. (Telling me he was not opening 20 boxes of briskets) I told him I did not ask you to open 20 boxes. This was at the store on exchange. Poor service.

A cashier moved me from a service line to a self serve line. After I was about half finished, she came over and said "I will help you". Then she started taking already scanned items and rescanning them. When I complained, she kept saying "I will help you" and continued to randomly rescan items. I walked out of the store and left the groceries for her to restock.
This store has deteriorated since HEB opened across the street. The fresh produce often has flies and things are poorly stocked throughout the store.
I'm going to switch to HEB or Tom Thumb.

I have been shopping at this Kroger for years. My two youngest love it for the pink car (shopping cart) and the kind employees at the self checkout who always give them presents!
The sale prices are great! I love stocking up when the meats go on sale. Their produce is always fresh. Wic shopping is so easy here as well. I know HEB just opened across the street but I haven’t even been inside because my loyalty is to this Kroger location. ?❤️

Placed two separate instacart orders this past week only to be met with rotten produce. It appears Krogers produce still has issues so this was my last time shopping here. Thank goodness HEB is right down the street and I will not be cheating on them again lol

Had to go out of town for work. Dr asked the pharmacy to release my meds two days early. The pharmacy said the Dr didn't put that as a note. Called my Dr, my Dr called them while I was on hold to tell them to release my meds. They did not. Now I have to drive 400+ miles to get my meds during a work trip then go back...will definitely rethink using Kroger from now on.

I was standing in line at customer service. There was one person being helped when that person walked away the lady said customer service is closed. Sign says open till 8pm.

Did a pick up order and they over charged me $40! Took 30 minutes on the phone to resolve. Makes me rethink shopping here.

Ever since HEB came into town, this location has gone down hill significantly. Every single click-list order I make, I receive rotten produce. Earlier this week I got a bag of salad, in hopes THAT wouldn't be rotten but of course, it was. I used to come here every week for my groceries and I will be taking my business across the street.

Good place for grocery shopping. The establishment interior was clean. The restroom looked clean, too.
