When it was all said and done we had also retiled our master bathroom, guest bathroom, laundry room and entry way. Robert and Andrew were easy to work with and very responsive. “Big fan of Rob. Communicated well and offered a competitive bid. Shower was originally constructed wrong (By Grand Homes) so Rob gutted and rebuilt using the correct board and membranes. Today we have a very large custom shower that does not leak, was completed on time and for the agreed upon price.”

“I just recently was here with my husband to get some supplies and was testing out the crocodile ? wipes and set my phone down and left, got 35 minutes down the road when I realized that I didn't have my phone I kept trying to call the front to ask them to get my phone, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone but tracked my phone and it was showing it still there the nice man that was working I believe his name was Larry I'm not too sure, but drove back and sure enough he had my phone behind the desk safe already holding it for me mind u I'm 5 hrs away from home, so thank you ?”
“Visited Dallas area this weekend from Houston and went here with my friend. I literally had just been to Target that morning and spent 153 dollars on skincare and clothes. My friend wanted to run by deal grabber to get some things for her upcoming newborn, and they literally had half the things I just bought from Target half price. Some of the items seem to be overstock, returned items, or damaged items. This is not a problem to me but may be to others, but they do advertise as is. It’s just like Marshalls, make sure you really check items out. They had a ton of baby items and furniture. The two ladies were very polite and I would return! Thank you.”

“The tile we ordered is gorgeous and seems to be well-packaged as I haven’t seen any broken pieces. However, we received no communication from the store about our order and after a week went by, I finally called to see what the status was. I was told the order was ready to be picked up, which was good news but odd that I had to call to get that update. My husband said that when he picked it up, it seemed as though everyone working there wished they weren’t there. Maybe some of the processes and company culture need to change.”
