Terrible Customer Service Experience at Allen location!My recent visit to Kirkland was an absolute nightmare due to the abysmal customer service provided by the store manager, Virginia. From the moment I entered the store, her lack of professionalism was evident as she began speaking to me without even a simple greeting.Not only was Virginia incredibly rude, but she also displayed a shocking ignorance of the store's policies. In fact, her lack of knowledge was so severe that I had to resort to calling the headquarters while still in the store just to clarify certain issues.It's disappointing to encounter such incompetence and rudeness, especially from someone in a managerial position. I urge the management of Kirkland to address this issue promptly to prevent further instances of poor customer service. As a loyal customer, I expect better treatment and respect when I patronize a store. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Linda and the staff were extremely welcoming and gave us the best shopping experience. My mom wanted to buy the whole store and they helped us narrow down what to get. Not only was the service excellent but we also found amazing items, we will definitely be coming back!

This is a great little store. It's just fun to come browse even if you're not shopping. They pack a lot into this small space.

Went to return a few items. a young man at the counter said because I was 2 weeks past the 30 days, he'd give a store credit. As he's working on that, a lady came up and said "oh, thats seasonal. we were instructed not to take it back.". zero flexibility. zero care- after I was offered store credit. i'll never shop here again. Ever. be careful, if you're over 30 days even if it says store credit until 90, they'll stick it to you.

Bought some plates here put it in the dishwasher and they all came out cracked. All 15 plates. I had other plates in there and these ones were the only one that got damaged. They can't exchange and it says the plate is dishwasher safe.

Minus 2 stars for the overwhelming smells. I am very sensitive to artificial smells/perfume.... I walked quickly to the back, found what I wanted, walked straight to the desk, but no one was there to check me out, while waiting for someone to check me out, I started having an coughing/wheezing attack so severely, I had to leave (leaving my murchandise on the counter, sadly), by the time I got to my car, my eyes and nose we're watering severely as well.... Thanks for thinking of your sensitive customers!! (Sarcasm)

I'm increasing the stars previously given to reflect the character and promptness of the company. Since leaving this review and providing feedback via an email I received about my recent experience, I've received at least 2 emails and 1 phone call. This afternoon I received a call from Kirkland's apologizing for my experience and advising they will handle the cleanliness of the store. I appreciate their follow-up and feel they deserve to be credited for that aspect. Thanks Kirkland's for caring. I'll try the store another time and see if there has been improvements. I love your store.
